I've lived in Pooler for 14yrs and I thought this Sleep Inn would be as advertised online. The online pictures were a lie this hotel was terrible it needs to be closed and completely renovated. The whole interior is out dated the walls, carpets decor has stains and damage. The room was bad, smelled like mildew/mold the linen was very old so were the drapery. The carpet has stains it was just a disgrace. Pooler is an upscale area but this section of Pooler is still older and more industrial. I wish I could post the pictures I took as proof but I will hold on to them for another review. I am a Google reviewer and I do not recommend this hotel. I have been to the Macon, Ga. & Port Wentworth, Ga. hotels they were better quality. As an avid Google reviewer please take heed to my concerns contact the owner of this hotel and close it down until it is completely remodeled.

OK for a basic room stay
Very basic and not as nice as I usually like. There is a stall-type shower, and the bathroom entrance faces the sleeping area so hard to not wake up your partner when getting up in the night. Probably would not stay here again but OK if you are looking for just a basic room.

False Information
I reserve this room because it advertised the pool, for my granddaughter was looking forward to swimming. It was very hot, and we were looking forward to pulling off after a very very long drive. We get dressed in our bathing suits we head towards the pool, and the guy at the front desk tells us the pool's not opened. I looked the pools on the water was clean the hot tub was bubbling but he said it's not open till July 1st. Are you kidding me what happened the pools opening up on memorial weekend? Are the pools in the area were opened. So his excuse that the area doesn't allow it to open to July the 1st was a lie. I will never ever ever ever stay at a Sleep Inn ever again due to this bait and switch online reservation. To me it was false advertising of AN OUTSIDE POOL! It was 91° outside humid and you're telling me that the paying guest @ $129 a night,couldn't swim in the freaking swimming pool IN JUNE! Rooms furniture had white stains And ifhotels.com would let me upload some pictures I would show you the filth and the white stains. Not sure why this service of hotels.com, won't let us upload pictures but leaves us a spot to click two upload pictures. But nothing happens! I'm really not sure how I feel about hotels.com right now. If you want my feedback then let me leave pictures of what I'm complaining about. Fix your app so I can upload the pictures

I drove almost 4 hours to this hotel when I rented it the pool was one of the things I wanted most after the drive I wanted to relax in the pool .well I went to the pool the door was locked .so.e man was in the kitchen I asked he said the pool was closed .I told him I drove all this way the damn pool is closed I did say a bit forcefully because I was upset his reply was that if I didn't like it I could go somewhere else no refund I said you threatening me he said I'll have you removed I will never stay at a sleep in ever after my Facebook blog many more people won't either money is tight but 15 more dollars and I could have got a room with a pool that works

Upon arrival we were met by strange music from the bar next door. The parking lot was full of empty cigarette packs and beer bottles. Going into the room the air had been shut off and it was very hot inside. Finally cooled about 1am. The carpets were filthy and the beds were uncomfortable. I would not recommend that facility at all.

Check in was easy, but the guy at the front desk was not friendly. Very basic and got us in. The room had AC that was broken, dirty carpets and just not updated in who knows how long. It was fine for the night, but we will not stay the night here again. It's worth the extra money to stay somewhere else.
