The staff was semi helpful. I had called ahead and asked about their shuttle services, i was told it ran every 15 min starting at 5 am. Came down to go to the airport and was told that shuttle had to be requested ahead of time in the morning. We ended up having to pay for uber because they could bot locate a driver.

First room had cat pee on the mattress, sign on mirror said housekeeping was every other day but came back from the beach to no clean towels and housekeeping said you had to request your room to be cleaned. Not one single person smiled or seemed happy.

The only real positive thing i can say about this place was the bed was comfortable. I was extremely thrown off by the lack of hospitality from the start we weren't even told where the elevator was we had to find ot on our own. Then when we got to our room the bathroom stuff hadn't even been refilled which wasn't such a big deal sense i always bring our own from home on work trips. But the two biggest kickers in my opinion was the so called breakfast buffet. Which was not any thing but bagels and cereal n some tiny muffins that tasted like artificial sweeteners and the lack of room adminitys like a microwave and a working mini fridge. Couldn't keep any drinks cold and couldn't even heat up food when we were hungry. The weekend staff definitely seemed more hospitable then the week day staff but my over all opinion wasn't satisfied at all. If you need a quick nights sleep this place is great for that. The bed was definitely comfortable. But if you gotta stay for 3 4 night + work a work trip id definitely suggest a different location.

The AC did not work properly. The room was so noisy all night. The walls are so thin. I could hear snoring, talking and even the tv upstairs. I barely got any sleep. Breakfast was cereal and bagels.

This was a lovely new hotel close to the airport. I didn't get to experience the breakfast because we had a 6 am flight to catch. The driver came early to accommodate us.

Savanah retreat
Absolutely the best location!!! 20 minutes from River Street, which was amazing. 45 minutes to Tybee Island beach. Hotel was beautiful and staff was very friendly. I am definitely recommending this hotel to everyone!!! The only thing i didn't like was breakfast. No hot meal served, but what they did have was good.

Overall, you get what you pay for. However, I feel like I was duped in that this hotel is a refurbished Comfort Inn and, while furnishings seem to be updated, flooring and original building structures are dated. The A/C seemed to have a hard time maintaining temperature the first night and stayed very cold the remainder of the stay. Breakfast is very lacking. It's possible the Spark brand by Hilton encompasses a lower level of comfort, aesthetics and accommodations. As for staff, I visited during the technical outage with Microsoft and I appreciated how hard staff members worked to accommodate guests who were not able to properly check in and get into their rooms.
