The hotel was awesome. The location is excellent. The room was small but expertly arranged with the kitchenette being a great addition. The social hour and breakfast were outstanding. There is absolutely no doubt that we would stay here as well.

Great location. The staff was eager to please and we had an excellent 3 night stay. Breakfast items provided were very good quality and there was a variety of items to chose from. The buffet attendant was quick to make sure all items were available. Only bad part was the limited parking, but there is a public garage just 3 minutes walk. Overall a really great experience. I would recommend and would stay again.

Rooms were good. Parking is outrageously expensive when all you have to do is walk a little and find free parking. This has to be the only hotel I’ve been in that doesn’t have usb access in the rooms. And the usb access they do have in the lobby only a few worked. Crazy for 2024.

We thought the property could benefit from a thorough cleaning. Carpeting in particular in both common areas and the room was quite dirty and smelled as well. Otherwise it was an ok stay. Bed was comfortable. Location is great! Road noise on Bay Street is significant however, a room but facing the street would be better.

Room felt kind of humid, wasn’t as up to date as i thought it would be per pictures or as big. Kitchen is literally right next to bed. Bathroom where toilet and tub is cramped together.

Great value for a nice hotel right in the middle of everything. Loved the fact I didn’t have to drive to get places as everything was a short walk away. Hotel was clean and staff was great. Would stay here again and again.
