Many live in situations there people hanging out in front if their rooms as if it’s a porch with chairs and boots outside looks like transient construction workers reside there. The room smelled stale and moldy needs update and upkeep

The place was extremely dirty. The rooms smelled like mold, cigarrete smoke and marijuana. We killed about 6 cockroaches that were running all over the room. It was a really disgusting place.
