The Space:
The Cottage on Taylor is a quaint cottage with one bedroom, kitchenette, and sleeper sofa. Just off a shared courtyard with two other units, the cottage has a private entrance from the alleyway. The cottage features a smart TV, comfortable furniture, and a single bedroom with a queen mattress wrapped in crisp, comfortable linens. A closet and dresser provide ample storage for extended stays.
The kitchenette has been fully refinished with butcher block countertops and provides a mini fridge, coffee maker, microwave, and assortment of dishware, glasses, and utensils.
Step out the backdoor to the shared courtyard, where you can enjoy early mornings or evenings under plenty of greenery. A large deck, brick patio, and BBQ grill make this a great place to enjoy Savannah summer nights.

Guest Access:
The entire cottage is for your use! The outdoor space is the only shared space on the property, so please be courteous of your neighbors when passing by/using the space, especially if you are bringing a dog.
The Neighborhood:
The Cottage is located on the east side of the Historic District, just minutes from Forsyth Park, Mother Matilda Beasley Park (with a dog park!), and many of Savannah’s best attractions.
Start your day by grabbing your morning coffee and breakfast just a couple blocks down at Carly’s Café and enjoying a park bench in Calhoun Square or Whitefield Square.
Enjoy excellent dining options by heading towards the riverwalk and stopping at The Olde Pink House for fine southern dining. Grab some laid-back bites and brews at Spanky’s Pizza Galley & Saloon. Enjoy delicious southern dining with a river view at Huey’s or Vic’s on the River. A short drive will take you to the River Walk and City Market area off Broughton Street. With endless shopping, sites, and eateries, you’ll find adventure at every corner.
Start your bar/pub tour by stopping into some staples of Savannah, including Six Pence Pub, O’Connell’s Irish Pub, or Dub’s Public House.
Explore the rich history of Savannah by stopping into one of the many museums and historical sites. Just minutes from Blue on Broad are the Web Military Museum, Telfair Museums, Owens-Thomas House & Slave Quarters, and the American Prohibition Museum.
A stop in Savannah wouldn’t be complete without a walk-through of Forsyth Park, just a 20-minute walk away. Or enjoy Washington Square, another beautiful green space just minutes away.

Other Things to Note:
We allow up to ONE (1) dog max, no cats. The fee for one dog is $100 and must be paid separately before checking in. Must be able to provide proof of flea treatment etc. No untrained puppies.
No parties.
Only the number of guests listed on the reservation is permitted at the property.
No illicit activities, peddling, or soliciting are allowed on the property.
Do not smoke on the property or near the home.
You must be 21 years of age to drink alcohol.
Report all damaged property to the property owner immediately.
Treat the apartment with respect, as if it was your property.
