Educator and mom get away
Truly an impulsive get away! I’m grateful to have found an affordable, safe, comfortable & clean to reside. I conquered most of Savannah in 48 hrs with almost 30,000 steps. Thanks so much and I’ll be back.

Tiny tiny tiny....
Wonderful location. Savannah is a jewel... a revelation. And very accurate listing... the tiny cottage is so tiny you need to adjust your plans accordingly. The kitchen is so tiny that it limits meal planning. The experience is more like that of a (roomy) RV. Responsiveness from the property management co. was excellent. We had an issue with the fold-out table. It was fixed the next morning!

Ants
We are in our 70s. It was tuff getting from the place to our car. The place was full of ants. They got all over our food. We called and a handy man came and gave us something to put out for them. It helped some.

Tiny home
This property was super clean and super cute. The ONLY issues we had were the huge gap in the front door. You could see daylight and feel the heat coming in.....gotta make the air conditioner work harder and luckily we had not creepy crawlers. If you like sleeping in the dark bring a sleeping eye mask. The back street lights make it super bright and there are no curtains to block out the light. Shower is really small, but again its a tiny home.

Great location, clean little space with everything you could need for your stay
The location is easy walking distance to all the downtown fun stuff and the space has everything you might need. I never could get the WiFi to work, but that might have been an issue on my end. That shower was small but powerful - actually everything in the space was designed to fit all the necessities in! Would definitely recommend it to a solo traveler or a couple looking for a place to stay in Savannah.

Wedding Anniversary trip
My husband and I spent our wedding anniversary in Savannah and lucked out in finding this rental. He had never been to Savannah or stayed in a vacation rental and absolutely fell in love. This property is SUPER clean, amazing location and in a safe area. The courtyard was beautiful to sit and relax in. It had everything we needed and exceeded all expectations. If I come back to Savannah i would absolutely love to stay again at this property.
