Fantastic break
We had a wonderful stay as a group of friends. We loved the farm feel and picking and snacking on sweet apples and walnuts. The pool was well used and host very helpful despite the language barrier. All in all a lovely stay!

Lovely house, large and spacious. Well equipped kitchen. Quality of the pool water was perfect, picturesque area with a short walk around the hamlet. Local lake within walking distance. Only point to bear in mind, is security deposit payable on arrival, not mentioned in listing. Daniel and his wife were very helpful despite neither of us speaking the same language. Many thanks to " Google translate". We had a wonderful time and would happily return.

A lovely old farmhouse in a hamlet of 5 or so properties. The hosts are delightful and nothing was too much trouble. Very well fitted out with everything you could need. Only reservation is you have to have a car!

Beautiful Cottage
Beautiful secluded cottage situated on a private drive in the picturesque village of Chaud. Everything you need is at hand with plenty of cutlery, glasses pots and pans etc. The bedrooms are large and airy with curtains and french shutters which we closed each evening. Plenty of private off road parking and safe for children. Large gas barbeque with plenty of outside seating to enjoy the evenings. Excellent large heated swimming pool with loungers and rattan furniture. Daniel and his family are very welcoming and live in a nearby cottage if you need them for anything. Overall I would recommend the cottage and look forward to staying again in the future.

Nice stay on beautiful property
Our group enjoyed the stay at Daniel and his wife. Daniel was very involved, he came by a couple of times to ask something. He was very helpful. There is not much to do in the neighbourhood but therefore perfect for a relaxing holiday. Daniel opened and closed the swimmingpool every morning/evening. There was enough gardenfurniture to make it comfortable. Communication is hard when you don’t speak French because Daniel and his wife don’t speak English. We would recommend the house!

Le gîte est très propre et très bien équipé, nous n'avons manqué de rien!Nous avons apprécié les lits faits à l'arrivée La piscine d'eau salée est très agréable. L'environnement est très calme et reposant. Beaucoup d'espace à l'extérieur.Les grandes tables permettent des repas ensemble sans étre génés.Et le salon de jardin est bien agréable à l'ombre des grands arbres. Finalement, toutes les conditions furent réunies pour nous permettre de passer un très agréable séjour! Nous avons également bien apprécié la base de loisirs de Rouffiac avec son grand lac et toutes ses activités. Un grand merci à Mr et Mme SEGUY pour leur accueil et leur disponibilité ( ils se sont montrés très arrangeants pour l'arrivée et surtout le départ). A recommander sans hésitation!

Excellent séjour.
Location très agréable aux vacanciers en recherche de calme, de nature et de tranquillité. Nous étions en famille (6 adultes, 2 ados et un enfant) et nous avons pu profiter d'une maison agréable, bien équipée et d'une piscine particulièrement bienvenue cette année. Une terrasse avec barbecue et un jardin ombragé ont également été appréciés. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques et disponibles. Semaine réussie.

Maison typique au calme. Piscine a l'eau salée très appréciable. Chacun (nous étions 7) a trouvé sa place dans la maison bien aménagée et confortable. Maison très agréable, fonctionnelle, très bien équipée. Nous y avons séjournés en famille et amis, 5 adultes, 3 ados, 2 enfants et 1 bébé. Grandes chambres très confortables, équipements bébé très appréciable (lit avec matelas, chaises hautes, matelas à langer, jouets extérieurs). La piscine chauffée couverte à ravis les enfants à défaut de parents trop frileux et plus adeptes du petit salon de jardin ou il fait bon de prendre l'apero au soleil.... De grande tables de pique nique en extérieur permettant de tous manger ensemble (possible en intérieur egalement). 2 salles de bain fonctionnelles et propre. Balançoires et jeux pour enfants, télé et le must la plancha qui a ravis notre chef en vacances😂😂. Des propriétaires très agréables, de jolis coin à voir (attention tout de même à la période week-end de pâques tout est fermés dans les environs) mais de sympathiques fête de village raviront les petits et les grands, passage de char, bandas... Arrivée et départ très arrangeant, recommande sans hésiter si vous avez besoin d'un bon bol d'oxygène. Encore un grand merci à Mr et Mme Seguy pour leur gentillesse, leur disponibilité et les pommes offertes à l'arrivée, petits et grands ont ravivés leurs papilles sucrées.

Des vacances agréables
La maison est très agréable et chaleureuse. Nous avons passé une bonne semaine et les propriétaires ont été très sympathiques,réactifs et serviables. Je suis sûrement la seule à utiliser des CD pour mes enfants en 2021 et monsieur Séguy et son épouse nous ont vite fourni une chaîne stéréo pour le plus grand bonheur des enfants. Je recommande vivement aux vacanciers de séjourner chez eux, ils seront ravis comme nous.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par les propriétaires qui ont su, tout au long de notre séjour, se montrer souriants, agréables et particulièrement disponibles. Bien que le temps n'ait pas été de la partie pendant notre week-end, nous avons pu nous baigner tous les jours dans la piscine car elle est équipée d'un dôme suffisamment haut pour ne pas avoir une sensation d'étouffement, et qui permet également de conserver la chaleur. Les espaces verts sont très bien entretenus (ainsi que le logement) et disposent de nombreuses commodités (tables, plancha, ...) que les propriétaires acceptent que l'on déplace sur le terrain. Il y a en tout 4 chambres à l'étage: * 1 lit double, 1 lit simple (+1 autre matelas si besoin) * 1 lit double, 1 lit simple * 2 lits simples * 1 lit double Et en bas, il y a également un clic-clac. Le gîte se situe à proximité d'un lac (il se situe à environ 1km du gîte et le tour du lac fait environ 6km : idéal pour une course à pieds) avec une base de loisirs très agréable. Le gîte dispose également du WIFI (indispensable pour les adolescents ;-)). Pour passer un bon moment au calme, en famille ou entre amis (2 à 3 couples), c'est vraiment un très bel endroit !

bon séjour malgré quelques désagréments
Une belle propriété, un peu sombre mais grande et très bien équipée. La piscine a fait le bonheur des grands et des petits. Très bien si l'on recherche la calme et non l'animation. Nous avons malheureusement eu quelques soucis qui peuvent arriver: fuite d'eau et four qui ne fonctionnait pas. La propriétaire a été très sèche à ce moment là, comme si c'était notre faute s'il y avait des dysfonctionnements...un peu étrange. Peut-être ne se rend t-elle pas compte qu'elle prend un peu les gens de haut. Bref cela nous a légèrement offusqué. Son mari a été plus courtois et agréable, nous lui avons même acheté son très bon jus de pomme. Un petit conseil: pensez à réserver un restaurant à l'avance car il y a peu de choix dans les environs.
