Lounge chairs border the pool, with umbrellas and palm trees providing shade. Direct beach access via a stone path make the beach only 65 steps away from the infinity pool. Pictures don't do this place justice. We were looking for a quiet and secluded place and a little adventure just outside of town and it met all expectations. Scott was super responsive and accurate with all of our questions. Beto and Fatima are amazing and will be around as much or as little as you ask. Beach out front was pretty much private most times of the day and there is a cool little beach break towards the south side of the beach for fellow surfers. 10min drive into town which is much more vibrant and loud almost every day of the year. Have always loved Siyulita, but this place took it to a new level, will definitely be staying here whenever we are in town in the future.

The place is even more beautiful than the pictures. We spent a lot of time in the pool staring at the amazing waves and watching the sunset. German truly makes the place even better with his warmth, care and clear communication. The food and drinks were terrific too. Scott is a gracious host and always communicated clearly. Everything about the place was clear in the description. Scott arranged a driver for us to and from the airport and a can-am in order to get into town. The jungle next to us was lovely with lots of birds and many crabs. (The crabs are very scared of people so they move along). Thank you Scott and German for this extraordinary dream vacation! A week in paradise
What an amazing house in an unbelievable location. The pictures of the house do not do it justice. It is stunning and we just loved the openness and the indoor-outdoor living. Plenty of room for a family of 5 with 3 teenagers to spread out and not be on top of each other but also to gather as a family. The views are breathtaking. The unspoiled beach feels like your own private paradise. Most of the time we were on the beach, we were the only ones there. The waves were spectacular and the kids spent hours riding them. We walked up and down the beach every day and saw many whales migrating up the coast. Cannot say enough about German and Maria and how wonderful they are. They took such great care of us all week. Maria's meals were so delicious. Her fish tacos and chicken mole were better than any meals we had at any restaurant the rest of the vacation. Honestly every time we left the property we could not wait to get back. It's definitely remote and not easy getting in and out of the property (you have to drive over a dirt road and a creek) but that's kind of the point. It feels like your own secret paradise. Scott was very responsive and super easy to work with and communicate with. German even took us up to Monkey Mountain one day which was quite an adventure. We loved every minute of our vacation at Sempre Avanti. Thank you Scott, German and Maria! We hope to return someday.

Beautiful location, magical view, perfect house
The house is beyond anything that can be captured in photos. The sound of the crashing pacific ocean is enough to relax your spirits for weeks to come. The beach is extremely private. We saw whales passing by our house as we sipped beverages by the pool. The house was extremely clean. The beds were comfortable. The pizza was delicious. I wish I could have stayed forever.

This was my third time staying here. I obviously love it and I feel that it gets better each time. Scott is easy to communicate with and a gracious host. German and Maria are extremely helpful and make each stay memorable. Maria's cooking is amazing and the property is truly magical. There are so many things to rave about here, but the privacy and peacefulness is one of my favorites. A wonderful, peaceful getaway
The photos do not really do justice to the property. It is truly breathtaking. From the moment we booked until the minute we left (and after!) Scott was responsive to the many questions we had. German and Maria were so kind and attentive, and we must give special mention to Maria's exceptional culinary skills. In addition to the stunning property, the genuinely bespoke service makes all the difference. We were able to get to and from the beautiful town easily, and every recommendation was excellent. A Dream Vacation
This place makes your dream vacation come try. It was scary to travel during Covid times but it is possible and Sempre Avanti makes it happen. The owner, Scott, is extremely helpful and so fast to respond to anything. He was there at the same time as us so we got to spend some time with him. Just a great person. Maria and German was excellent. Maria made me gain 5 pounds this trip- her cooking is delicious. German is so helpful. He started a bonfire for us on the beach, started the wood-burning pizza oven for Maria to make her amazing pizza, and even took us out to get our hike on Monkey Mountain started- which we would have been lost without him. We chose to rent Scott's Can-Am and we loved it! It seats 3 but I wouldn't rent it for more than that. We loved the property, the road to the property (have to drive along a little river), the secluded people. Definitely check out this property- you will love it.

Amazing Retreat
Sempre Avanti is a wonderful escape. It is in a secluded neighborhood and feels very private. The infinity pool is small and gorgeous, the views of the ocean (the sunset!) are sublime, and it's a 2-minute walk down the hill to a beach that gets very little use. We loved the design of the home, which had everything we needed. Maria and German are wonderful hosts, with German taking care of the property throughout the day, and Maria cooking wonderful meals to order. The are a lovely couple with adorable kids. Scott, the owner, was also in town, and it was great to get to know him during our stay. We were there during the coronavirus pandemic, which was a very odd time to vacation, and we hope to go back for another visit when we can truly let our hair down and enjoy everything this property and the area have to offer. Pro tip: be sure to rent a 4WD car with plenty of clearance for the adventuresome (but easy) drive to the property from the main road.

This location can’t be beat. The house is gorgeous and getting to and from town is a beautiful adventure! The beach is amazing and so private. I can’t say enough about how wonderful this place is!!!! Casa Sempre Avanti is absolutely Gorgeous!!! Maria is a excellent cook and German was there to put the chairs out on beach for us and went to town for fresh fish that Maria prepared that evening!!! They were absolutely Great! Great Family Vacation
My family just spent a fantastic week at Scott’s property.. Beach is secluded and beautiful with opportunities to catch fish from shore and swim in surf. My boys 5 and 7 loved playing in water and chasing crabs on beach. Surf can be large so life jackets are a good idea for small children. Home is thoughtfully designed with amazing views. Scott was an amazing host making sure we were comfortable. He even drove to town at 9pm to purchase Tylenol for my wife. Maria is an excellent cook and German makes sure your transportation is organized and the grounds/pool and property are well maintained. Truly an amazing vacation. Looking forward to a return trip one day.

This place is amazing!!
This house is just like the video and maybe even better because the ocean is even closer than it appears in pictures. The view, the sunsets, the pool, the PRIVATE beach that goes on for a long time, the amenities, Scott (the owner) German and Maria (the caretakers), everything was absolutely perfect! We felt completely safe at all times in the house as well as in Downtown Sayulita! The house is nestled in the jungle so you can see no neighbors, just the amazing view of the ocean. Maria is an amazing cook. Her quac and salsa and her chicken fajitas were our favorites. We also had the pizza night on our last night which was a big hit. We love seafood but were told that fish can be iffy in Mexico. Some highlights I recommend are: Have German make a fire on the beach for you one night. It is beautiful and the stars will blow you away! Walk down the beach to the left, there are a bunch of caves and rock arches. Great photo opps. Go into Sayulita at least once. Our favorite places were Don Pedro's right on the beach and the Calypso overlooking the square. Both had amazing service and food. The surf at the house was pretty rough but the public beach in Sayulita was much calmer and it was also fun to be in the hustle and bustle some times. We took surfing lessons with Luchi. I emailed her when we got there and she was flexible with times. She was AMAZING and took us to an absolutely beautiful beach. In general I would, with no hesitation, 100% recommend this house. Not a single thing about it wasn't perfect!

LITERALLY THE BEST PLACE WE'VE EVER STAYED
This location alone is literally worth every penny, but there's a ton of other things we love about this property. We've stayed twice and would come back in a heartbeat. Here's a list of what we love about it: - Beach - literally steps from the house - you can't beat that! Usually you're the only ones on it but up to only about 10 people at a time. Bring Keen sandals or shoes to climb rocks to other beaches along the shore and watch the crabs on the rocks. There's a little cave to the South side of the beach perfect for photos, and the waves are good for advanced surfers. You can still go in the water but it's not calm. We liked playing in the waves with the boogie boards - Quiet - other than the beautiful sound of crashing waves - Birds - there are a few lovely species to watch right in the yard! bring binoculars - Maria & Herman are wonderful and helpful - Maria is a fabulous cook! Our favourite were the fish tacos. - Hiking - Entrance to Monkey Mountain is very close by! - Luxury - the home itself is incredible and spacious - Dogs - we loved having the dogs around; they are sweet and gentle and it helped us miss ours back home a little less. They leave you alone if you show them the door - 40 min walk to Sayulita - we love to be active and enjoyed being away from the crowded town; you don't even need to leave the house if you have groceries and liquor - Clean - this is always important to us and Maria did a great job of keeping the place clean every day - Scott the owner was wonderful and easy/quick to communicate with. He even drove us into town a couple times! I can't speak highly enough of this place. We are already talking about coming back again!

DON'T LOOK ANY FURTHER- THIS IS WHERE YOU WANT TO STAY! I PROMISE-IT'S PARADISE!!
I don't even know how to begin to describe how fabulous everything about Casa Sempre Avanti was! We stayed here from 10/24-10/29 and could have stayed forever. Scott arranged transportation from the airport to the house and our driver even stopped at the grocery store to let us pick up some items for our stay. The adventure started with the drive on the dirt roads through the jungle and arriving at this secluded piece of heaven with margaritas for each of us made my Maria. Before we arrived we thought maybe we would venture out for some Sayulita excursions, but once we got there, we thought "why would we leave, everything we would ever want is right here!" We spent our first night relaxing by the pool after we ate THE best chicken tacos prepared by Maria. The weather was perfect, so we spent every day by the pool or in the pool! The pool was super clean and the perfect temp and just a bonus it looked over the ocean! Every night was so quiet and peaceful with only the sounds of ocean waves, the birds and other creatures. Oh and the beach... um, wow. We did not run in to one other person on the entire long stretch of beach the entire time we were there and watched some of the most beautiful sunsets! One day while walking on the beach we saw 3 cows and a bull hanging out-that was super cool to see! We were able to take chairs down to the beach from the house and just watch the ocean waves and catch some rays, the ocean was quite warm too. It's just a short little jaunt to the beach on a nice path that German always had well maintained. German made sure everything on the property and surrounding areas was nice and clean. German and Maria were so pleasant and kind and so hard working! German asked us every day if there was anything we needed in town and communicated well with us. Maria makes some dang good meals and her homemade guacamole and chips are to die for. She had coffee made every morning for us before we woke up and had clean beach towels rolled up for us every day as well. She kept the inside of the house clean at all times. Scott was the best host and we enjoyed him so much we asked him over a couple of times to chat and have a beer. He made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. He also communicated so well with me before our stay and always answered any questions I had super timely and gave some amazing recommendations. Don't look any further & just stay here!! I know I"ll definitely be back!! thank you Scott!!

Not at all what we expected . . .
A complete failure. We had to leave and rent multiple hotel rooms mid-vacation due to potentially dangerous and unhealthy conditions. We selected this home for our family reunion and it was advertised at a luxury rental. When we arrived we felt that it matched that expectation. The next morning we were horrified at the smell of raw sewage in outdoor areas. We immediately notified the caretaker, who agreed that the odor was terrible. He said he would notify the owner right away. We took a day trip, hoping that the source of the odors would be identified and completely repaired. We did not hear anything from the owner though he lives just next door. The next morning the smell returned after our morning showers. After another call the owner finally arrived. He acknowledged the smell and told us he would “be in touch with his contractor.” We assumed that would be done immediately. We also told him that one bedroom shower wasn’t draining and that each time the water backed up the septic smell outdoors became worse. We headed out to Sayulita for another day trip away. Another day passed, nothing was repaired and we heard nothing from the owner. The master bedroom shower also had no hot water. This wasn’t fixed until after we asked multiple times. Even with all these issues we continued to hope against hope that things would be repaired as moving our entire family in the middle of a long-awaited time together was not a happy prospect. The final straw came when we noticed bugs and bird drippings collecting in the pool. We asked why the pool filtering system was not turned on, and were told that the pump broke early the day before. We received no notice of this failure. All of us, including a 4 year old, had been swimming in stagnant pool water. After calling the owner and receiving no response we had to actually go seek him out at his on-site home. At this meeting he took no personal responsibility for the situation, offered no solutions, and instead blamed all of the problems and failures on others. We decided that out of a growing concern for our health and safety to pack up our entire family - grandparents, siblings and our toddler- and at great expense and inconvenience head off to a hotel. We gave the owner multiple opportunities to make our stay as expected by the property listing - elegant and luxurious. Instead, he chose to do nothing about sanitary safety and also give us a hard time. We were incredibly disappointed by this property.

Such a special place
We just got home from our trip to Sayulita! My husband and I traveled with our two children (1 and 3). We were welcomed with warm smiles despite being two hours late due to bags missing. We felt truly on vacation with Maria’s cooking and she kept the home very clean. Her fish tacos and salsa were my favorite. My husbands favorite were the sapitos. Our children loved all of it! The private pool and beach were so special especially having young children. Our three year old spent most of her time in the pool. Some areas of the property were not as “kid friendly” as I would have imagined but German made safe arrangements and we made it work overall. We would recommend his home and it would have been perfect for two small families as the bedrooms both had on-suits. As others have said the home was better than expected and Scott the owner was very accommodating and fast to respond especially when we had bag troubles. Oh, and there are two dogs one is named Perro and was a sweetheart our children loved him how he would follow us down the beach, almost like a guard dog. Excellent Excellent Experience! I wish I could find a place like this in every country!

A perfect stay tucked away in your own piece of private paradise
Scott, German and Maria: my family is forever grateful for your wonderful, 1st classs hospitality. Though we stayed 5 days, we could have easily stayed an additional week and never left the beach. Thank you again for creating such a great experience. We will be back....and most likely a lot of our friends and family!! 🙏🔥🙏🔥🙏🔥

Secondly time just as great as th first
We stayed here last year and can honestly say we will book with Scott, German and Maria every year for our family tradition. It is close enough to both Sayulita and San Pancho so it has that secluded feel but all necessities are within reach as well. It has the amenities of a hotel without having to share it with anyone but those you travel with. This place is special.
