Small studio above garage
We stayed for 5 nites in July. Studio apt.is small but has fully equipped kitchen and bathroom w shower/ tub. Window a/c unit was noisy and is situated above the bed which made it annoying to sleep and also the television was thru the internet and not cable which made it difficult for us to

Lovely Efficiency
We stayed in this well appointed efficiency for 4 days while visiting with family on Fire Island. It was immaculately clean, and the kitchen had all we needed and then some. Our lovely hosts offered kindnesses, such as treats to tide us over and plenty of coffee. The owners were quick to respond to any questions. Thank you!

Great hosts, perfect location
Everything is as described in listing. Suitable for 4 if you use the air mattress. Couch is not really a pull out for sleeping. Hosts were friendly, available, and offered help. Be sure to pump up the tires on the bikes or leave the pump out for folks to use. Thanks.
