Tolle Unterkunft zum Entspannen
Super Anlage mit tollem Pool. Man kann sehr gut entspannen und abschalten. Für Hunde sehr geeignet, da es viel Grünfläche hat. Einziger negative Punkt ist das es keine Klima hat. Ansonsten war es ein super Urlaub dank der Unterkunft. Wir werden aufjedenfall wieder kommen!

Es ist ein wirklich schönes Gelände, abgelegen. Umgeben von Olivenfeldern. Der nächste Einkaufsmarkt 2 km entfernt. Das Meer ca 12-13 km. Schön wars!

Entspannung pur auf wunderschönem Grund
Das Anwesen in Scarlino ist einfach traumhaft! Ein riesengroßer Pool, Olivenbäume und einfach ganz viel Platz für Ruhe und Entspannung. Wir haben dort zu zweit Urlaub mit 2 Hunden gemacht- auch das ist kein Problem und Hunde sind herzlich willkommen. Das Grundstück ist sehr gepflegt und täglich kam jemand der sich um den Pool und das gesamte Anwesen gekümmert hat. Etwas irreführend ist die Beschreibung der Unterkunft. Man sollte wissen, dass auf diesem Grundstück mehrere Wohneinheiten sind. Auf den Fotos ist die Einrichtung aller Häuser dargestellt- nicht nur eins! In unserem Fall waren wir die einzigen, die zu diesem Zeitpunkt dort Urlaub gemacht haben. In der Hochsaison sieht das wahrscheinlich anders aus. Die Einrichtung des Häuschens ist einfach aber völlig ausreichend. Es war alles sehr sauber. Bei uns war leider das Tiefkühlfach defekt und ein Backofen hat gefehlt, was für andere wahrscheinlich kein großes Problem darstellt. Uns hat es etwas gestört. Das WLAN ist nicht 100% optimal und funktioniert nicht zuverlässig. In der näheren Umgebung findet man alles was man für den täglichen Bedarf benötig. Der Strand ist mit dem Auto ca. 15 Min entfernt und auch Restaurants sind in kurzer Zeit gut zu erreichen. Die Konversation mit der Vermieterin und auch dem Herrn, der das Grundstück gepflegt hat, ist ausschließlich auf italienisch möglich. Aber Übersetzungs-Apps unterstützen hier zur Not ;) Wir würden jeder Zeit wieder Urlaub in dieser Unterkunft machen.

Toskana im April
Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin verlief gut. In der Beschreibung sollte man aber darauf hinweisen, dass mehrere Objekte auf dem Grundstück stehen. Da es im April in der Toskana noch nicht ganz so warm ist, waren wir allerdings die einzigen Gäste, was wir auch in vollen Zügen geniessen konnten. Lediglich Paolo, der "Verwalter", kam vormittags vorbei und schaute nach dem Rechten. Er ist superfreundlich und jederzeit als Ansprechpartner erreichbar. Den Umstand, dass es, wie zuvor zugesichert, kein WLAN vor Ort gab, hatte er noch am selben Tag behoben. Danke nochmals dafür! Leider ist es nachts sehr kalt und es steht nur ein sehr kleines Heizgebläse zur Verfügung, welches man in den Raum stellen muss, in dem man sich gerade aufhalten will. Doch etwas umständlich! Der Pool ist nicht beheizt und steht wohl erst ab Mai zur Verfügung. Das ist zwar etwas schade, aber wohl nicht zu ändern. Die Restaurants in der Umgebung sind sehr empfehlenswert! Besonders die in den kleineren Dörfern ringsum. Alles in allem war es aber ein schöner Urlaub und wir sagen Danke, dass wir da sein durften!

Erholung pur!
Inmitten von Olivenbäumen, Rosmarin und Oleander konnten wir richtig schön vom Alltag abschalten! Die Anlage und der Pool sind sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit! Zum Strand und in die Stadt sind es nur wenige Minuten. Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt! Vielen lieben Dank, das wir bei euch sein durften!

Wunderschön gelegenes Feriendomizil
Wir hatten nicht angenommen, dass es sowas noch gibt. Ein einfacher Bungalow, mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht in einer traumhaften Umgebung mit einem großen Pool! Ideal zum Erholen und Runterkommen! Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Sofort wieder!

FANTASTICO
Grazie alla gentilezza di Giovanni e al posto magnifico in cui ci ha accolto, la nostra vacanza è stata indimenticabile. La casa era pulita e molto accogliente, lo spazio esterno un piacevole ritrovo per la prima colazione. La piscina era sempre semivuota e quindi uno spazio divertente per i bambini e piacevole per noi adulti. La zona barbecue è un toccasana per quelle volte in cui non si ha voglia di uscire e si vuole stare al fresco. Abbiamo pranzato e cenato dell’ottima carne acquistata in una fornitissima macelleria a pochi km da dove eravamo. Il cagnolone Candito ci ha fatto compagnia e ha giocato con il nostro Renato tutto il tempo! Veramente un posto speciale in cui speriamo di tornare presto! Consigliatissimo!

Schöne erholsame Woche
Sauberer Bungalow, mit leider zu schwachem W-LAN ( hinterer Bungalow), aber sehr schönen Lage. Absolutes Highlight ist der Pool. Wir haben eine sehr schöne und erholsame Woche verbracht und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Purtroppo la mia vacanza è durata solo un giorno ma il posto è molto bello, pieno di verde e di ulivi, un prato morbidissimo e una piscina davvero magnifica. Il piccolo cottage era attrezzato di tutto il necessario. Tutti molto gentili.

Sehr schöner und gemütlicher Bungalow. Ideal für 2 Personen. Top-Lage (nah am Meer und doch idyllisch und ruhig inmitten von Olivenhainen gelegen. Sehr sehr nette Besitzer und ein überaus liebevoller Verwalter, der sich um das Domizil kümmert. Ein sensationeller Privatpool (die Größe des Pools ist der Hammer). Insgesamt ein wunderbares Urlaubsdomizil. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Ruhe, Natur und ein traumhafter Pool
Der neu eingerichtete Bungalow im Park bietet mehr, als die Bilder vermuten lassen: Ruhe und traumhafte Aussicht in die Ebene von Scarlino, ein Pool unter duftendem Feigenbaum, freie Rasenflächen zum Spielen (für Kinder oder Hunde), Nähe zu Follonica und sehr schönen Stränden. Liliana und Giovanni sind zurückhaltende und sehr engagierte Gastgeber. Fliegengitter wären hilfreich am Abend, und das WLAN reicht leider nicht bis ganz in die Bungalows.
