Beautiful, quiet apartment in a new building. The apartment is fully furnished and has everything you need for a relaxing stay.
In the immediate vicinity there is a beautiful children's playground, fantastic hiking trails, a great reservoir with a beach, a golf course, versatile bike tours for all needs and numerous ski lifts and trails during the winter.
The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed. The living / dining area has a large sofa bed for 2 more people.
In addition, a beautiful terrace with sitting area and sun lounger belongs to the apartment. 2 car parking spaces are available if required.
2 large supermarkets are nearby.

Since others have recognized the great location, new homes are being built in the area. Therefore, it may happen that at times the otherwise so quiet location is disturbed.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Der Herd war nicht mehr ganz in Ordnung, soll aber laut Vermieter ausgetauscht werden. Leider konnten wir die wunderschöne Terrasse nicht nutzen, da wir im Oktober dort waren. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und der Check in war problemlos. Ideal ist die unmittelbare Nähe zu den Supermärkten.

Am Fuße der Schwäbischen Alb

Die Lage der FeWo ermöglicht in naher Entfernung schöne und teils anspruchsvolle Wanderungen in die Berge der Schwäbischen Alb mit herrlichen Ausblicken, sowie ebenfalls Sightseeing in romantischen Altstädten, wie von Rottweil oder Villingen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig in 5 min erreichbar.

Leider wurde uns von ihrer Agentur eine falsche Adresse übermittelt! Lediglich der Ort stimmte. Straße und Hausnummer waren falsch. Sehr , sehr ärgerlich. Hat uns Zeit und Nerven gekostet. Auch die Angabe, das Ferienobjekt würde in Nähe eines Stausees liegen ist sehr großzügig ausgelegt. Die entfernung beträgt ca. 2 km Fußweg !

Auf den 1.Blick ist die Wohnung sehr schön. Auf den 2.Blick entdeckten wir jedoch den verdreckten Backofen im dem noch das benutze Backblech der Vorgänger war. Außerdem roch der Kühlschrank unangenehm nach Fleisch und an der Duschkabine gab es sichtbaren Schimmel. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett. Mit etwas mehr Sorgfalt beim Putzen könnte die Unterkunft sehr gut sein.

Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Durch das Code-Schloss konnten wir unabhängig vom Vermieter bei Ankunft die Wohnung betreten. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut und umsichtig ausgestattet. Das Schlafzimmer ist geräumig und die Matratzen fanden wir bequem. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig.

Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld mit dem Vermieter funktionierte sehr gut und schnell. Mit dem zugesandten Türschlosscode konnten wir die Wohnung direkt betreten. Der Vermieter begrüßte uns später und erkundigte sich, ob alles in Ordnung sei. Die Wohnung entspricht den Fotos und war sauber. Mit der Wohnung waren wir sehr zufrieden, im Gegensatz zur Arbeit des Portals, die die Rückzahlung einer stornierten Nacht - obwohl der Vermieter zugestimmt hatte - nicht in voller Höhe ermöglichten. Dies wurde netterweise jedoch vor Ort direkt korrigiert.

Perfekte Urlaubswohnung ohne Abstriche

Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet, es fehlt wirklich an Nichts. Sowohl Check-In als auch Check-Out verliefen komplett kontaktlos, was in dieser Zeit sehr zu begrüßen ist. Guter Gesamteindruck

Alles in allem hat uns die Wohnung gut gefallen. Die Lage des Objekts ist super. Ruhiges Neubaugebiet. Sehr schöne Terrasse die zum abendlichen verweilen einläd. Supermärkte in Laufenähe und auch der Stausee ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Check in verlief Kontaktlos, wobei der Vermieter nachmittags nochmals vorbei kam und uns herzlich begrüßte. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Uns haben nur Kleinigkeiten gefehlt (größere Suppenteller), was nicht tragisch war. Auf den ersten Blick sah es sehr sauber aus. Bei genauerem Hinsehen war es dann doch verbesserungswürdig. Spinnweben in den Ecken usw. Für uns war die Unterkunft etwas kühl. Heizung ging nicht, wir haben den Vermieter aber auch nicht darauf angesprochen, weil wir nur zwei Nächte Aufenthalt hatten. Zusammengefasst überwog das Positive definitiv und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Prima verblijf Ferienwohnung Fam. Deifel

Wij hebben een prima week gehad in het keurige appartement van de fam. Deifel. Het vrij nieuwe appartement is licht, koel (bij warm weer), beschikt over een eigen terras en is van alle gemakken voorzien. Het stadje Schömberg zelf is rustig gelegen, het appartement bevindt zich in een nieuwbouwwijk, er zijn dus nog bouwactiviteiten gaande. Wij waren hiervan op de hoogte en het heeft ons niet gehinderd. Op loopafstand bevinden zich twee supermarkten, erg handig voor broodjes voor het ontbijt. Het dichtbij gelegen stuwmeer biedt verkoeling en vertier en er kunnen mooie wandelingen worden gemaakt in de prachtige bosrijke omgeving. Kortom een aanrader om te verblijven en het Zwarte Woud te verkennen.
