Holiday Home 'Ferienhaus Kesper' with Mountain View, Private Terrace and Wi-Fi

Located in Schottwien, Ferienhaus Kesper offers you a fantastic mountain view and a step-free interior. The 106 m² accommodation consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a guest toilet, accommodating up to six people. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV, and a fan. A baby cot is also available. The private outdoor area features a garden, two open terraces, and a barbecue.



The holiday home is just 300 m from a bus stop, with shops and restaurants nearby. The mountain regions Rax, Semmering, and Schneeberg are close and offer excellent opportunities for outdoor activities. Larger cities like Vienna and Graz are about an hour away, and the area provides numerous cycling and hiking trails for active holidays.



The minimum stay is three nights. Parking is available on the property, and free street parking is also provided. Families with children are welcome. Pets, smoking, and events are not allowed. Please note that the outdoor and basement areas are not yet fully completed.



For longer stays, the host changes your towels every 3–4 days.



This accommodation features a bunk bed where two people can sleep on the lower level and one on the upper level. There are guidelines for proper waste separation; you will receive more information on site. The property is equipped with energy-saving lighting, and part of the electricity is generated by photovoltaic systems.
