Traditional Austrian alpine inn
We were made to feel very welcome by the English-speaking staff. The room was comfortable and relatively quiet. Both the half-board and a la carte menus were excellent and came with some inspired local wine recommendations. Parking was available in an underground garage, and the internet was efficient.

Urlaubshotel mit tollem Restaurant
Das Hotel ist ein ausgesprochenes Ferienhotel mit gehobener Küche. Das Restaurant war mit ein Grund für die Buchung, leider war dann Ruhetag. Im Hotel sind die Zimmer alle unterschiedlich ausgestaltet, das Ganze befindet sich in einem alten Wälderhaus und hat Charme. Für Geschäftsreisende war das Zimmer eher ungeeignet, da es keinen richtigen Schreibtisch gab, sondern nur eine schmale Konsole entlang des Fensters. Massiver Kritikpunkt sind die Gummibettbezüge als Inkontinenzunterlagen, das machte die Nacht qualvoll. Tolles Frühstück mit frisch zubereiteten Eierspeisen, Prosecco und viele verschiedene Säfte.

Wunderschönes Gebäude, eingerichtet mit Liebe zum Detail und toller Kunst. "Entspannter" Service und familiäre Atmosphäre. Es fehlen die "kleinen Details" die es zu den fünf Sternen bringen würde aber das macht die Lockerheit des Ortes auch irgendwie aus. Tolle Lage in der Ortsmitte.

Check-in war offiziell 15 h. Uns wurde ein Upgrade empfohlen, aber keines der Zimmer war zu dem Zeitpunkt bezugsbereit. Uns wurde auch nicht ein Getränk fürs Warten angeboten. Beim Bezug war es teilweise etwas staubig. Wir liessen nachputzen. Der Service war oft etwas nachlässig, ausser beim Frühstücksbuffet, sehr aufmerksam und nett.

Der Aufenthalt war insofern ein Reinfall, als das Hotel überbucht war und wir kein Zimmer bekamen, obwohl wir lange im Voraus zwei Doppelzimmer gebucht hatten und zwei Wochen vorher noch einen Tisch im Restaurant reserviert hatten. Das Hotel bemühte sich zwar um einen entsprechenden Ersatz und wir haben auch ein ausgezeichnetes Hotel in Bregenz bekommen, doch das entschädigte uns nicht für die Wartezeit, den zeitlichen Druck, da wir für Abend Karten für die Festspiele hatten, sowie dafür, dass wir unser nicht gerade preiswertes Abendessen nicht genießen konnten. Insgesamt war es alles andere als ein erholsames oder schönes Wochenende. Da es schon die zweite Enttäuschung bei einer Buchung über hotels.com ist, werde ich in Zukunft nicht mehr über ihr Portal buchen! MfG Christel Seidenath

Idealer Ort für ein entspanntes Wochenende
Ein besonderes Hotel in toller Natur. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend, Senior-&Juniorchef des familiengeführten internehmens sind sehr gastfreundlich&präsent. Das Frühstück lässt keinen Wunsch offen. Das Abendessen ist gut, mit exzellenten Weinen. Das vegetarische Menü ist etwas einseitig min vergleich zur übrigen Qualität des Essens. Die Umgebung ist ideal für leichte Wanderungen.

Hübsches Hotel aber viel zu teuer
Ich hatte um ein Zustellbett für unseren 1-jährigen Sohn gebeten, aber erst bei Anreise wurde uns gesagt, dass das gebuchte Zimmer zu klein sei für ein Zustellbett und das Zimmer wo dies möglich ist 50 € mehr kostet. Wir haben unseren Sohn in unserem bett schlafen lassen und festgestellt, mit etwas Flexibilität wäre auch da ein Zustellbett möglich gewesen! Essen im Restaurant war gut, der Kindersitz allerdings verstaubt und verdreckt. Ebenso haben wir nicht gesagt bekommen, wo das Frühstück stattfindet. Wir waren in einem Nebenhaus und haben aber richtig vermutet, das dies im Haupthaus sein wird! Resümee: Für soviel Geld hätten wir mehr erwartet!!!

Geschmackvoll eingericht. mit herzhaften Personal.
Waren sehr überrascht von dem schönen Ambiente des Hotels. Geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Zimmer ist das eine, noch erfreulicher aber war der herzliche Empfang. Dazu ein feines Frühstücksbuffet mit vielen heimischen Produkten, wie Käse, Butter etc. Das Bett (im Nebenhaus) war für uns leider etwas schmal (160cm). Hatten aber auch nichts anderes vorbestellt. Das Zimmer mit viel Holz vertäfelt war trotz zurückgedrehter Heizung sehr warm. Dies führte leider zu einer sehr trockenen Luft. Beide hatten wir morgens Probleme mit der Nasenschleimhaut. Rate daher unbedingt, abends gründlich zu lüften. Freie Parkplätze sind in der Umgebung rar. Was die Tiefgarage kostet, haben wir aber nicht erfragt.

gemütliches rustikales Hotel mit gediegenem Flair
Das Hotel Hirschen, in dem ich eine ganze Woche verbrachte, punktet auf jeden Fall mit dem Charme eines 270 Jahre alten Holzhauses, dem hervorragenden Service und dem in jeder Hinsicht perfekten Essen. Das eigentliche Wohnhaus, in dem sich mein Zimmer befand, ist aber erst ca. 25 Jahre alt und liegt etwas abseits der Strasse, dadurch war es allerdings auch ruhiger. Die Zimmer sind jedoch sehr hellhörig und bei Starkregen und -schneefall tropfte es durch die Decke. Es lag zwar unter dem Dach(Schräge), was es gemütlicher machte, dafür war es aber, bedingt durch nur ein einziges Dachfenster, etwas düster. Positiv war eine Tiefgarage unter dem Haus und die Sauna im Untergeschoss, so dass man dort immer trockenen Fusses mit dem Lift hinkam. Insgesamt ist die Lage sehr verkehrsgünstig für Wintersportler und Wanderer (Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür) und auch für sonstige Ausflüge. Der Gesamteindruck ist sehr positiv, und ich würde dieses Hotel jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Am Wetter muss aber dringend nachgebessert werden ;-) !

Gerne wieder!
Die Lage ist Mitten in Schwarzenberg. Schwarzenberg ist ein schmuckes, kleines Dörfchen, ohne grosse Attraktion. Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer, welches auf der Strassenseite lag. Da es in der Nacht schneite und die Strassenräumungsarbeiten auch in der Nacht durchgeführt wurden, war es nicht ganz so ruhig. Abendessen war fantastisch, Frühstück war auch ganz ordentlich. Das Personal war bis auf eine Servicekraft (beim Frühstück) überaus freundlich und höflich. Es war ein toller Aufenthalt. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder hierher zurückkehren und können dieses Hotel nur weiterempfehlen.

Schönes Hotel mit erstklassiger Küche
Wir haben anlässlich der Bregenzer Festspiele im Hirschen gewohnt. Ein sehr gutes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal und ganz vorzüglicher Küche. Zwei kleine Abstriche: Preis des Zimmers ist m. E. zu hoch mit Blick auf Größe und Komfort. Der Frühstücksservice wirkte bisweilen nicht ganz bei der Sache.
