El calificativo negativo es debido a un desagradable suceso. Esta maƱana, al abandonar la habitaciĆ³n deje cargando en el enchufe de la mesilla de noche mis auriculares inalĆ”mbricos. Al ponerme en contacto con el hotel pir tres veces dicen que alli no estaban cuando sĆ© con total seguridad que sĆ­ que estaban. Esto denota poco control sobre el personal de limpieza y es una pena porque el hotel es excelente. Lo siento muchĆ­simo pero tenemos que dejar constancia de este desagradable incidente.

Das Hotel Sporzalm im Ortszentrum von Gerlos verfĆ¼gt Ć¼ber komfortable, hell eingerichtete Zimmer im alpenlƤndischen Stil. Sowohl das viergaengige Abendessen als auch das FrĆ¼hstĆ¼ck lassen keine WĆ¼nsche offen. Der nett gestaltete Wellnesbereich im vierten Stock lƤdt zum verweilen ein. Leider schlieƟt die Sauna bereits um 19:30. Insgesamt sicherlich empfehlenswert.
