Hexagonal apartment with balcony and garden 3 minutes from the lake

Ideally located between Geneva and Evian, a few minutes from the beaches of Lake Geneva, we offer you in season our apartment Le Grand Nid, located within the Maison Alvéole, a building with remarkable hexagonal architecture, with a circular balcony facing East, South and West, and large bay windows overlooking a wooded garden.

An attic bedroom with two children's beds is on the upper floor, the two bedrooms with double beds are on the main floor, one to the east and the other to the west. The latter is called the "Aquarium room" with its two glass partitions and blackout curtains opening onto the living room.

Small spaces on a half-landing or on a mezzanine will allow each member of the family to meet up or isolate themselves to go about their business.

Access to the garden is via a small footbridge. Barbecue area.

Please note: very curious, the house cat regularly makes its rounds between the grounds and the rooms of the apartment, which is normally its territory...

Dès l'arrivée, on est émerveillé par la maison alveole et son intérieur décalé. On a adoré, l'esprit, le lieu pour visiter les alentours du lac Leman, la vue à 180° depuis la maison sur le jardin extérieur et l'accueil des propriétaires. Bravo à eux pour faire partager cette expérience, toute la famille s'est régalé.

Maison originale et spacieuse !
Très bonne localisation, proche du Léman. La maison est très spacieuse et hyper lumineuse. Alban nous a très bien accueilli et se montre disponible pour à toutes nos demande. Le point d'amélioration serait l'équipement de la cuisine (vaisselle, plats,...) qui pourrait être plus étoffé. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour !

Prachtig vakantieverblijf vlak bij het meer van Geneve
De unieke bouwstijl van de zeshoekige woning zorgt er voor dat je van 's morgens tot 's avonds de zon in huis kan halen. Twee overdekte buitenterrassen en een tuin geven de mogelijkheid tot laat in de avond na te genieten van een zonnige dag. Het onthaal was zeer hartelijk. Deze locatie heeft onze verwachtingen helemaal ingelost. Als we ooit nog een vakantie in deze regio plannen, kiezen we zeker opnieuw voor deze vakantiewoning.
