certainly not the best spot on our travels - outdated and in all fairness to receptionist I asked if there was a handicapped room and she put us in one on the first floor - it definitely was not convenient for wheelchair or walker - it was very crowded with no chair to sit in or tables to put anything on - the bathroom was very out dated for handicap facilities - there was no table in the bathroom to place products on - the hairdryer could not be used in the bathroom and we actually found it in a cupboard near the bed the carpets were very very old and felt and looked dirty - very outdated - the curtains on the window (which faced out onto parking lot on first floor) were old and ugly and did not close properly - all in all not a great experience for the price we paid which was not cheap would never recommend this spot to anyone

The whole area of WIlkes-Barre, PA is not the best, but the hotel it’s self was in a convenient area to things, and clean. The continental breakfast was decent, and the staff were responsive to needs.

Really clean and nice. We weren’t expecting it to be that nice and almost stayed an a Hampton but decided to go a little cheaper since we are on a cross country trip. I would absolutely stay there again. It was nicer than some more expensive options in the area

Not good, arrived and checked in first room I was given had a badly clogged toilet before it was ever used by me alerted staff and they moved me into room next to it. 2nd room was so bad, it smelled like someone urinated all over the room, like no joke it was so bad you could smell it in hallway, staff again moved me to other end of the hotel, was ready to give up but figured I'd try 1 last room. 3rd room was ok, clean but had musty smell from air conditioner. I lived with it. Wouldn't recommend unless its your only option.

The rooms were clean and beds and pillows were comfortable. My only issue as a woman who loves to dress is their rooms don’t have any long mirrors so you can’t even check your outfit out before leaving out the door. I almost broke my neck trying to stand on top of the tub to look at my self in the mirror. Unfortunately I would probably not stay here again until they invest in some long mirrors.

Handicap room too small. Bathroom door would not stay closed. Everything was old and looks dirty and shabby. Breakfast was a joke. Will never stay at a Day's Inn again.
