Balcony room was very nice. Sunset/sunrise from the 7th floor was amazing. Breakfast buffet prepaid well worth it to have breakfast. Elevator was a bit weird at times. Gym water filter needed to be change and was still red On our stay, the pool area and sauna were great; no issues.

Should be so much better!
Sad that a hotel with such potential seems to be badly managed. They desperately need to update the place as a whole. Rooms seem like they havenā€™t changed the rugs since the 1980ā€™s. There are always some lose fixtures, or unsightly damage/ wear or stained walls/ carpet. The overall layout makes for an amazing experience if they would put a bit more money into updates. As well as proper maintenance & actually fixing the things before they become an issue. The sauna needs attention desperately. The pool area floor is slimy, and the gym stinks awful! The restaurants are overpriced with low quality food! It just needs more! Would be an amazing stay if they didnā€™t let it go to waste!

I like the dining area and fire pit just outside the dining room. They also have the see through outdoor enclosed area out there too! Gives it a cozy atmosphere!
