Cozy and comfortable beach cottage in the desirable south end of Sea Ranch. Two master bedrooms, each with king beds and ensuite bathrooms, large living and dining rooms with wood burning fireplace, gourmet kitchen, outdoor gas barbeque, vaulted wood ceilings, warm and sunny decks and beautiful views of a meadow, mountains, and sea. A stone’s throw from the Bluff Trail and the ocean and a short walk to Pebble and Black Point Beaches and the Sea Ranch Lodge. Located near the end of a quite, dead-end street, far from the highway. Recently enhanced with skylights, new hot tub and deck, wine cooler, appliances, carpet, furniture, granite countertops, updated bathrooms, flat screen TV's in bedrooms and living room, paid subscription streaming services including Netflix, Amazon prime video, Sling (orange and blue), and Paramount+, custom decorator touches and lots more. The house was great...well supplied, clean and sunny!.....You must go to Two Fish Bakery as well.....their sticky buns and Italian sandwiches are the best.....I'm 10 pounds heavier now but they are the best!......Sea Ranch is the best!

Calm, beautiful, well-organized
Keith's instructions were incredibly clear and helpful. The house was very clean and comfortable, and Keith had thought of just about everything -- down to old towels to use to wipe our dog's paws (the towels for humans, btw, were thick and fluffy). The ocean is nearby, and my one regret is not having had more time to enjoy the beautiful deck and its lovely flowers. We would definitely rent this house again.

We loved staying at Keith's property in Sea Ranch. We've stayed at multiple homes and this was one of our favorites. The space was relaxing, furniture/bed comfortable, location beautiful, and check-in and communication easy. Would love to make staying here a regular thing!

The home was beautiful, clean and well equipped. The TV's were a bit of a challenge. The instructions for TVs did not follow how to use them. A bit far from the beach but trails were fairly near. I would recommend that someone hose off the artificial plants inside, they were caked with dust. All in all the furniture and beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again in a heart beat,

My family and I have been coming to Sea Ranch for 40 years, and have stayed at MANY different properties here. This time, it was just my hubby and I with our family dog…Kodee, celebrating our 35th anniversary. We absolutely loved this property. It was clean, comfortable, well equipped, and the owner left many notes around the house with instructions where things went, how he wanted things done, and how things worked. We truly appreciated this! It kept things organized, and left no questions without answers. It was in a great location. We were able take one of the recommended hikes, and soak in the hot tub after! Had a lovely dinner at Saint Orres….highly recommended. Also cooked a couple delicious meals in this very well equipped kitchen. Very relaxing, enjoyable long weekend! We will be returning!

This is the third time we’ve stayed at this property, and it feels like our home away from home now. It’s a perfect size for 3 adults and 2 dogs, and we love the location. There is a view of the ocean from the kitchen, and we love the peaceful view of the meadow from the living room. The hot tub is fabulous, and there is everything you need to cook in the kitchen. There is easy access to the walking trails, and we discovered this time that it’s only a 30 minute, beautiful walk to the lodge. The owner is very communicative. We’ll be back!
