This delightful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom Spinnaker is a spacious home for your family and friends to enjoy their vacation. The kitchen has been updated with tile flooring and Corian counters. There is an island and two bar stools to watch the meal preparations or read the morning paper over a cup of coffee. Sliding doors from the kitchen lead out to the large screen porch. A table for 6 and additional seating are the perfect spot for the evening meal! There is an electric grill for your use.

The open living room/dining room with cathedral ceilings affords plenty of space for everyone after a day at the beach. There are two decks and screened porch. The dining room has seating for 6 and opens on to the porch with a dining table for four. The couch, loveseat and chairs give you ample seating to enjoy the flat screen TV/DVD player. Floor to ceiling windows bring the beauty of Seabrook to your fingertips.

The first floor bedroom has a queen size bed and a day bed, TV, and adjoining full bathroom. Sliding glass doors lead to a screened in porch with table and chairs. On the 2nd floor, there is a large master bath with vanity, water closet and tiled walk-in shower. The second floor guest bedroom with queen bed shares the master bath. Sliding doors lead from this bedroom to a deck. The Master Bedroom is also on the 2nd floor. It has a king bed with TV. A perfect spot to get away from the hustle and bustle!

Head out the front door and down a block to the first of 8 beach boardwalks. Walk the 3.5 miles of beach or bike to the Racquet Club for a game of pickleball or tennis. Play a round of golf or just take relax and let the gentle ocean breeze help you unwind. Whatever favorite beach activities you choose, you are off to a great start at 724 Spinnaker Beach House!

Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.

THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 3 GATE PASSES TOTAL
Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.

Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club can be purchased. These cards give you access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply).

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel with less than 30 days prior to your arrival date, you lose your funds. If we are able to rent it, you receive what we can rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.

For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
