While you have access to best of everything that seaside offers from live shows, busy boardwalk, casino pier, water park restaurant, yet stay on the quite North end.

This home comes with open floor plan with Living / Dining / Kitchenette on the second floor with 2 bedrooms. Much better than a hotel room and great for small families.

- You will have access to the entire beach house with 2 assigned parking for each unit.
- Don't stress about parking, there is enough off street parking and no need to take your car out until you are ready to get back to your busy life.
- Backyard is a shared space that includes outdoor seating & barbeque grills .

OCCUPANCY & AGE RESTRICTIONS by new township ordinance

We are Now Accepting Summer Reservations for Guests 25 and over and Mature Couples & Adults 21 years or older subject to the conditions of Seaside Ordinance # 179. see below

As per Seaside Ordinance #179 & 55-3. Between April 15 and June 30, Minimum age for rentals must be 25 years or older and must be residing in the rental during the rental period. Reserving Guest will agree to provide names, addresses and ages of all guests staying in property. Reserving Guest and Guests under 21 must agree to have a Guardian Consent and a Parent execute a Parent Consent Form issued by the Borough of Seaside Heights. No Exceptions. Reservations can not have outside guests or visiting friends. Any group rental seeking to check in in which all guests are under 21 years of age or bring attempt  additional guests will be denied access and forfeit any monies paid.
