The property feels a bit old but it’s clean and spacious, and our room was well appointed with a small kitchen, fireplace and balcony. From the second floor we could see and hear the ocean over the sandy dunes. Access to the promenade and beach is excellent and being 2 short blocks from the noise and busy-ness of the Main Street, it was peaceful.

Mixed, but won't stay there again.
Balcony door wouldn't lock, Absurdly crowded and poorly designed toilet/shower area, misaligned and badly affixed bathroom base molding, and a fireplace that was only a stationary picture above a strip light in the bottom of the grate--no heat, no ambiance, no beauty. Towels were ample and bed was marvelous.

The room smells good, the beddings smells fresh and good, but we were held up at reception for almost 30 minutes upon check in due to a problem with reservation. We were given a room on the second floor with parking view instead of a mountain view that was what we booked for. We also waited for the free coffee in the lobby area to be filled up. It would be good for this hotel to offer a complimentary breakfast for guests as the stores and restaurants are not walking distance away. Check out was fast.
