Amazing location right on the prom. The staff was delightful at the well stocked breakfast buffet. We loved the hot tub and feeding the seals. We are too much candy from Phillips but no regrets. Great value for a budget minded traveler.

This is the perfect spot to be in Seaside. It's an easily walkable distance to the shops and restaurants and still far enough away to be quiet. The staff were very friendly and I love the extra amenities this place provides like the breakfast which went above and beyond a "grab and go" and the complimentary cookies in the evening. The only minor thing was that the building itself is a little outdated, so if that matters to you, it might be worth looking around a bit more, but for us it was absolutely perfect. We went in November, so the fireplace in the room was absolutely amazing. Be sure to choose a room with a view or partial view because the rooms are right next to the beach.

Absolutely loved my stay here and would book again in a heartbeat if I’m ever in the area again. Greatly appreciate that they are not only pet friendly but also take cats!! Lots of personal little touches in the room and around the property that make for a very welcoming experience. Very friendly and helpful staff, lots of amenities available, great location right on the sea but tucked a bit further down from the busy/noisy promenade (a 5min walk to all the shops and restaurants). Cannot recommend enough at such a great price too.

I was super happy with my stay at this property. It was right on the prom with an ocean view. There was a cute little fireplace by the window to keep you warm while you looked at the ocean. Breakfast in the morning was really good and very well up-kept. Staff was polite and accommodating.

We’ve stayed at this property for many years now. We love the location as well as the views this property offers. Pool and hot tub was warm enough to swim in cold November weather, which we loved. Location is close to downtown as well as beach. Love coming to this hotel for a mini getaway.

Great place to stay
We were there for Portland to Coast, we’ve stayed here for a few years now. They are always very accommodating, friendly and overall a great place to stay at. The hotel is a little on the older side, but it suits our needs perfectly. Their breakfast is good, a great selection of warm and cold foods. It’s within walking distance to everything including the beach.

Here is the deal this not a 9 like Hotels says. Yes the staff is great. This hotel is old. My room 224 smelled like urine and cigarettes. Sure I had a fire place, with a 15 minutes timer. It was kind of an ocean view over the dunes you could see waves crashing. Mold in the bathroom, that wasnt ideal. Beds that could double as wall boards. This place has a saving grace, the staff. They were helpful when I was schmuck when reserving a room and reserved wrong night. They let me fix it at no charge. This staff is wonderful hotel needs SERIOUS WORK. If you choose to stay here hopefully you dont get the pee-mold room like me. Regrettably i left this hotel and did not stay as I was going to sleep in my clothes and i hate doing that. I didnt ask for a refund bc of the problems i caused trying to book, and i dont want one. But not going to risk these cheap 9s any more.
