The only thing I wasn’t used to, was the main office being closed until about 10. I usually like to get a simple free complementary coffee and sit at the beach early.

We recently stayed here before and loved it the first time. This second time wasn’t as great. Our room had this weird stench/smell as if someone had smoked in it before but it was drenched in Febreeze or air freshener to try to eliminate the smell. The couch was dirty and looked like there was a cigarette burn on the arm rest. Our fireplace didn’t work and the fire pits outside wouldn’t turn on either.

Worst customer service ever. They messed up our room assignment when we ask about it the kid at the desk had no idea how to handle the question so he called manger who told us the upper management would return our call. NEVER happened. Fire place didn’t work and the kid who tried to fix it said they would reduce the price for the night and that also NEVER happened.

Ocean view was not as expected. The Hood to Coast was setting up and was kinda loud and blocked our view of beautiful ocean. Also we rented a suite with a kitchenette. We were expecting a full service kitchen with paper towels and a full size refrigerator. Nope! Neither one. The bed was fabulous! The room really needed some kind of color. Everything was gray. Not happy for the price I paid. I wont stay there again for the price!

Nice motel and scenic view
Other than the office being in a completely different building and having to locate it, the room was amazing and the motel was right on the beach. We enjoyed our stay.

The best thing about the Inn was the location on the promenade. Soft and plentiful towels. ice machine access in outer office.

Great location!
This was our first time staying at the Inn at the Prom and we really enjoyed it! You can't beat the location and the room was clean and really comfortable. We booked the one bedroom suite and it had a full kitchen and the bathroom has a jetted tub. We will stay here when we visit Seaside again in the future.
