Very cool Hotel, very Hi tech and easy to check in. Staff is amazing. Friendly and helpful. The Hotel has an awesome location and views from your room!!! Located right by the water and walking distance to attractions!!

Walkable to the pier and public market, pioneer square side was nice with building structure, some homeless. Noticed not much places are open past 9pm so late night snacks were hard to find. Overall, good stay, would recommend and come back.

I love the design of Citizen M. The micro room was thoughtfully laid out and I appreciate the details. The breakfast buffet was a refreshing upgrade from typical hotel buffets. While the staff was kind and helpful, I often heard them cussing openly within earshot of myself and other guests.

Gorgeous property. Checking in and out was so convenient. The rooms were small, but very clean, comfortable and cozy. Loved the tech in the rooms (iPad to control lights, climate, TV, blinds etc). The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. Breakfast option was great. Overall, this is one of my best hotel experiences ever.
