All the cabinetry in the bathroom was in poor condition and the bathroom really needed a remodel…shower was totally gross. The AC unit seemed like it had two settings…totally freezing or if you turned on the fan it was too hot. The bed covers were completely inadequate and I froze all night. The hotel was totally understaffed. The gal at the front desk was extremely nice, but stretched too thin. There was also dog pee in the elevator and garbage laying around outside.

"Two star properties don't have ice machines, pools or workout rooms" Breakfast= coffee, oatmeal, breakfast bar or cellophane muffin. No juice, milk, fruit etc.Unlike the 2 star Budget Motel in Burley, ID with ALL of the above.

Was confirmed for a check in never got to check in was told by host. It’s not her problem called Expedia. They told me to contact the property. The property told me to contact my bank went through a whole roundabout very upset with experience the woman at the front desk is typically very precise, friendly and happy I do understand it’s not her fault and she was doing her best as I am not the only one this happened to you on this day what happened but I am very upset With Hotel as a whole

It was ok ! They can do better with cleaning overall, even around the property! I paid $130 for a room with garden view( which was nice). The sheets on the bed were clean and comfortable. Our room also had a kitchenette. For breakfast they had granola bars and coffee.

The floor was sticky, the sheets were dirty, the bathtub had grim all over the floor and it stank. We could hear every neighbor on all sides and above us all night. Lots of drug users and banging around. It was awful and we’ll never stay there again. We’ll definitely let people know not to stay there as well. Disgusting

Had to check out early because of the hotel cleanliness. There were baby cockroaches in the room. I had feeling that something was biting me at night. I will never stay at extended America again. Really bad experience. I thought I am paying $139 per night so room will be cleaner.

Nasty. Sub 2 star hotel.
This was once a two-star motel, but that time has passed. It is a *motel* - room doors and windows open onto walkways that are publicly accessible to anyone off the street. The place was really dirty when I stayed - the halls and stairways were unmaintained. The floor of my room was sticky. The room smelled of heavy chemicals, but there was gunk on several surfaces. The sheets were coarse and uncomfortable. The air conditioner worked, but was incredibly loud. There were random people milling around the parking lot at 10pm. It's a low end option... they charged me over $200/night, which is not a low end price.

Car prowling, we removed 90% of the contents in the vehicle and we woke up to hand prints on the back window, hand prints on the top of the back passenger windows as if they attempted to “pull the window down.” Just to keep in mind don’t leave things in your car of any value or suggested value (back packs, bags of a by style). Asked for clean sheets, told from front desk, “if the sheets are dirty? bring those up first and you’ll get clean sheets in return. Had trash piles just outside the door. Room smelled like cigarettes but was told “non-smoking.” Everything in the room was sticky. Wipes down counter tops and paper towel was dirty before I was done with half the surface area. Had the room set up for safety, the door alarm went off at 2:15 am. Just be mindful of area and where you’re staying.
