It’s a pretty decent stay. The front desk staff are welcoming and helpful. The breakfast is good. There’s also shuttle bus service to SeaTac airport. The room is overall pretty clean however I did noticed the toilet wasn’t cleaned and there was stain on below the seat. Other than that, the room itself was clean. The room looks like it’s been renovated and comes with plenty of USB charging ports.

We stayed here to catch our cruise the next day and it was close to the airport and the port. It was clean and staff was nice. Breakfast was included and had good breakfast to choose from.

Not accommodating for ADA issues!!
The check in was wonderful. Let us check in early after our cruise ship came in early. Room was nice and large. Clean throughout, bed was comfortable. Problem was specific to medication i carry with me. Normally, i ask hotels if they can keep my freezer packs frozen since I have to keep Insulin cold. TSA will not let me fly without frozen gel ice packs- must be solid. Called the front desk- explained my need and was denied. Said there was no where to freeze them. Asked if they had an employee freezer and again was told they couldn’t help me. Not sure how true this was but they were less than accommodating and was short and rude about it. Basically, improvised and filled my ice bucket and placed insulin in the ice to keep cold. Then flying the next day with ice in a baggie through TSA was fun.

The stay was great we got in a little later than expected and the desk was very acomodating. The room was clean quiet and comfy. Breakfast was great and shuttle service was prompt

On layover trying to get back to FL after Milton. The bathroom was as clean as a Buckees. But it was not worth the price paid. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The room had a stale scent. Overall 3.98/5.00.
