It has a lived in look and feel. Probably could use some updating, but just as probably wonā€™t bother. The staff is cheerful and attentive. The breakfast is just ok. Interesting, thereā€™s a sundries nook in the lobby with exorbitantly priced items including food you can cook in your room. I wonder if theyā€™d make more money by pricing the items more reasonably and moving more product through the nook. All in all, a good place to stay if you need something for work.

Needed a last minute stay due to power outage. Great breakfast! Really outstanding for free hot breakfast. The only downside was soft and not very supportive mattresses on the beds. The sofa bed has a very thin mattress with coils that are definitely noticeable as you try to sleep. But we had a warm and clean place to sleep with great breakfast in the morning.

We felt safe in the area. The hotel staff was excellent, especially Juan, who gave us an early check-in and was extremely helpful. The complementary breakfast was great, having lots of options. The hotel was in a convenient location--close enough to many attractions to either walk if in great shape to climb major hills or take a short Uber--but far enough not to be overwhelmed with major foot traffic and noise. Even though we did not have a car, I noticed that parking is very expensive, so that may be a consideration. Overall, we will definitely stay there again when we return.

Family vacation stay
We stayed here because we wanted a two bedroom suite so we appreciate they offer that option but the hotel shows its age with stained carpeting and furniture. We wouldn't have minded so much but the cleanliness was an issue. We found in the room a left over dirty men's sock from a previous guest, tucked between the nightstand and bed. We were there over four days and not once did housekeeping come by to empty the trash, switch out towels, etc. We ended up taking the trash out ourselves.

My stay at Homewood Suites in Downtown Seattle was good overall. The pros to our stay was the suite with a kitchen making our stay convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and the breakfast included was nice. The negative side was our tv did not work properly and the parking in their garage is pricey at $49 per day.

This was our first trip to Seattle and we wanted a spacious room. We stayed in the King size room with bay view. The view did have a small view of the bay but not like I had hoped. More than half of the view were other buildings. Other than that we were completely happy with the room. It spacious and provided the comfort we needed for a week's stay. The full size refrigerator helped with leftovers from our meals and a microwave to heat things up. Restroom was large, however the shower and toilet were in the same room. It would be nice to have the toilet separate from the shower. The bed was comfortable and they also provided extra blankets and pillows. We had a living room with a TV as well as another TV in the bedroom. We also had a small dinning table to eat comfortably. The breakfast buffet was great. scrambled eggs, sausage, and toppings to make a Mexican taco.. cheese, pico de Gallo, seasoned meat or carnitas, and potatoes. they also had hot oatmeal with all the toppings as well as overnight oats or chia cups. They had a corner to make your own toast, bagel or english muffin. And they had yogurt. Plus orange juice. Oh they had a coffee and tea area that was available 24 hours. This was great! The front desk was very nice and helpful too.
