We had a lovely 2 night stay in this beautiful hotel. It was very conveniently located, walkable to most things we wanted to see. Beautifully furnished, very clean, love the fireplace in the lobby. I would absolutely come back and recommend to other visitors!

Room was lovely, enjoyed the whole set up. The items in the room available for purchase were well priced and it was easy to use the system. The TV having Google chrome was excellent and we enjoyed the room. The area was walkable and close to transit. It was walkable to most all tourist attractions and felt very safe. There was construction outside (notcontrollable by hotel) but the windows let any sound in. Regardless of construction it was very easy to hear detailed conversations outside and any street noise at all. The coffee and snack bar were not re-stocked when we requested a turn down service, so we made many trips to the service desk to request more items in the room (especially the nespresso, which was excellent). We would likely have used more in the room, including the paid for items, had the restocking occurred.

The hotel staff were very kind and helpful. We were greeted every time, the valet drivers were quick and efficient and the hotel was quiet for the area. For the price there was a lack of amenities (mini fridge, microwave, hot tub, etc.)

We had a nice stay after they moved us to a nicer room. The original room was next to the elevator and looking over roofs of the next buildings. Creepy and noisy with a loud generator noise. Unfortunately, moved to a much nicer room and location but no fault of the hotel. Construction on the street in front starting at 6:45am was annoying.

Wonderful room in easy walking distance of everything downtown Seattle (plus the Link Light Rail is just a block away). Great dining, both inside the hotel (Lola), and the many Tom Douglas restaurants nearbyā€¦plus so many more! Top Pot Donuts is close, to boot!

The concierge ruined my bday suprise. We also asked to have the room cleaned on my bday & they missed that too. I told the lady at the front desk but she didn't take care of it. The room was nice but the bathroom was extremely small. Not sure if we will be back

Impressions of Hotel Andra
We found the Hotel Andra to be an attractive, contemporary looking hotel in a very convenient location for sightseeing. We didnā€™t appreciate that our room did not receive housekeeping service when we were never told at check in that we needed to request this service if desired. Our room and bathroom were attractive and very modern. It would be helpful if this hotel had some information about hotel services displayed in the room. The lobby is very lovelyā€¦ especially the welcoming seating area around the beautiful, unique fireplace.

Had to get conditioner filled up not properly checked. Had to ask for coffee pods and creamers to be filled up after they made up our room. Little things but overall this hotel and the restaurant next door was great, staff were superb. Food was great. Front desk very accommodating. Second time at Hotel Ƅndra.
