Staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself needs renovation. Itā€™s old and it smells old. Well located but how come this type of hotel serves frozen food for breakfast???? Come on! For what you are paying , you need to get a decent continental breakfast like Holiday Inn. I didnā€™t like that at all.

WONDERFUL STAY
The mgr and front desk were AMAZING. Very helpful (I had sent a decoration for our rm ahead of time, for our 25 wedding anniv. It was in our rm AND a lovely anniv. card & box of chocolates besides.) They stored our luggage after we checked out, so we could go sightseeing. They made calls for us (taxie etc). Breakfast had a lot of choices (some hot) and was included. Nice robes & slippers too!

This hotel was very distant from my interests and was not what i wanted . I blame that on expedia. I had selected a hotel in Belltown but when i booked it and actually got a confirmation from that hotel it switched to laquinta. Not a pleasant hotel and not a safer location betbat on

Iā€™m so bad with names and I wish I wouldā€™ve wrote it down but the gentleman with glasses who works in the morning has the best customer service Iā€™ve ever experienced. Very personable and because of him Iā€™d book here again. The breakfast is also really good!!

The hotel should provide at least one bottle of water per guest per day. The vending machine did not function and sucked in the money but did not dispense the water. In addition, the price of the water was outrageous. This was very inconvenient. Other than this, everything was good.
