The staff accommodated a late check out but during booking we were offered VIP access and a free bottle of champagne. Never offered on arrival and never mentioned also we were unaware they were in the middle of construction. Other than that the stay was enjoyable and I’m sure once the hotel is renovated it will be amazing. Hoping to come back then

I loved this property! The staff were top of the line and so accommodating. Very friendly while also being personable. The hotel itself is amazing and centrally located while being very safe and tucked away. I couldn’t recommend this hotel more. Even though there were renovations, the staff was beyond accommodating and ensured it didn’t ruin our stay. I can’t wait to return when the renovations are complete!

Major construction in hotel which they never mentioned about. Room we stayed in needs update and it was dirty. I wouldn’t recommend to stay at this hotel until they properly update the rooms.

Renovations very loud, bathroom door didn’t lock all shampoos soap are very cheap and full of chemicals valet parking unorganized breakfast was good but cold would not recommend a mile maybe more away from Pike Market men staff behind counter look unfriendly

Don’t waste money on the breakfast.
Overall a nice hotel and staff. There was an extra fee $20 “amenity fee” per night which is annoying but not a big deal. The breakfast was outrageously expensive. We did their breakfast buffet for two which was $30 per person for a luke warm continental style breakfast. It was nothing special. Then to get billed almost $80 for just the breakfast (tax and service charge were an additional $20) is ridiculous. $80 for breakfast for two people!

Check-in was slow, staff weren't very knowledgable (especially the valet about how to pay for parking!) and parking underneath was very difficult as all the Pan Pacific signage has been removed and not replaced so it's impossible to find the entrance. Room was average, definitely in need of an upgrade. Shower handle came off when in use and overall the hotel feels dated. The property is currently being renovated from a Pan Pacific to a new 1 Hotel - I would recommend staying somewhere else until the renovations are complete.
