Carriage house on a private lane in downtown Kirkland. You will love the privacy and quiet in this lovely 1 bedroom apartment. All the comforts of home greet you. Luxury linens, fully stocked kitchen, air conditioning, and many more details designed to make your stay comfortable. Take a walk to downtown Kirkland, Carillon Point, or Juanita Beach. Bike ride or jog the Cross Kirkland Corridor. Grill an amazing meal on your private deck. We are within minutes of wine tasting or concerts at the Chateau in Woodinville. And a short drive or Uber ride to Seattle. Come stay and enjoy all that Kirkland has to offer. If you are needing a 2nd bedroom we have a small 1 bedroom apartment next door under VRBO Listing #444653. (Calendar blocked for only use with the Carriage House). Exceeded all expectations!
My best friend and I stayed for a concert and girls weekend, and we couldn't have asked for a better home base. The carriage house is lovely, updated, and extremely well-appointed - we had everything we needed and more. The bed is comfortable, and the bathroom is downright luxurious. The hosts left an exhaustive list of recommendations and highlights, which definitely came in handy. Communication was easy and clear, and the location made it possible for us to enjoy the concert and some winery visits without having to rent a car. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for excellent hospitality!

Jill made this stay perfect. From the communication down to the delivery of the home. It was exactly like the pictures but even BETTER in person. Arriving to the home with a welcome sign was very appreciated and unexpected. The home was clean, beautiful and just a gem overall. The floors in the bathroom being heated was EVERYTHING! Jill was very responsive and accommodating. There were no issues with this home. I would for sure stay here again

Eastside Best Kept Secret
One of the best VRBO stays ever, this carriage house is great for a short or long stay! Stocked with everything you’d need, updated and immaculate, easy access to Kirkland or the 405, location was fantastic too. The rain didn’t allow for backyard use as I’d hoped, but it was roomy inside too. Owners left “ local knowledge” list of things to do, restaurants, which was very useful even though I knew the area from years ago. We will be back! Thank you!!

We stayed for three weeks and have already planned to return for another three weeks in the Fall. My husband is in treatment for cancer and appreciated the comfort of this property. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, has lots of light and is just a perfect place to cozy up after a day at Fred Hutchinson. Jill and Rick are very responsive and kind.

Lovely rental unit. It is well stocked with all the necessities. The hosts are helpful. The rental unit is in a quiet neighborhood. I wish it was closer to downtown Kirkland. The unit is still walking distance and a very easy drive to town.

Still a great property
This is our second visit at the carriage house and the fourth at properties managed by this host. The carriage house was immaculate upon our arrival and continues to impress with a well equipped kitchen, very comfortable living spaces, and a bright, airy bathroom. Communication with Jill have always been easy. Definitely a wonderful place for a couple or a solo traveler.
