Carpet was very dirty. I didnā€™t want to take my shoes off. When I took my socks off they black on the bottom. The place is older needs some updating. Your rating was excellent. Very misleading.

Instructions given for airport shuttle was to use courtesy phone and ring number provided. Both phones were out of order but the vehicle arrived after a bit of a wait.

Convenient to the airport, especially rental car return. Plenty of restaurants around. Room was very large. Bed was firm. Great for 1 night before the airport!

The reason I picked this hotel was that it was near the airport and had a shuttle service. Our flight was supposed to arrive at 9:30-ish but was about 40 mins late. We got to the pick up area and I called for the shuttle at 10:41 pm. It finally arrived at 11:15 pm!! This hotel is ONE MILE from the airport. Once we, and the van full of other guests, arrived at the hotel the staff was very efficient at getting rooms assigned but we still did not get to our room until nearly 11:45 pm. The hallways and rooms have a stale smell to them, as if they havenā€™t seen fresh air for decades. The rooms are clean to the eye but clearly itā€™s an older building. Had I known it was going to take so long for the shuttle, we would have gotten in line for a taxi. Also, their shuttle hours also do not coincide with our need to return to the airport so we will be arriving quite early and have to hang out at the airport for a couple extra hours. Had I not already booked this same hotel at a non-refundable rate for our return trip, Iā€™d find someplace else to stay.

First, Orbitz does NOT show that the free shuttle is not operating between 1-5pm. I arrived at 3pm and had to walk 25 minutes dragging my suitcase to get to this location. The shuttle hours are posted on the hotel front desk, effective in 2021! But this is not on Orbitz. Second, there are signs in the lobby about unregistered guests--a euphemism for common traffic along this stretch for Highway 99. I will never return to this location.

Would definitely stay again!
Wonderful experience! Front desk was so nice and friendly. I was only in town for one night for a concert. The hotel was convenient with an airport shuttle. Perfect for a budget stay. Nothing super fancy, but it was clean and comfy. Only reason I didnā€™t give it five stars all around was I had an allergic reaction to the detergent they used, but thatā€™s on me!

This property is 4 minutes from the airport. My room is basic and clean for the night. The vending machines for water were acting up. I told the front desk and they gave me water.
