This property was spacious with two bedrooms and 2.5 baths. There are stairs up to the apartment and to the bedroom floor, but that was clearly stated in the description. The apartment is well stocked and well situated in a quiet neighborhood that appeared very safe. The view out the front windows was of a lovely, large Japanese maple tree changing colors for fall. The location canā€™t be beat-just a few blocks from downtown Ballard. Canā€™t wait to book again!

The listing price was $218 per night. All said and done the cost was $503. NICE!! I often felt that the communication with the property managers was being run by AI. Many of the responses were generic and not pertaining to what was being asked. The entrance combination was a bit tricky and not logical and when I texted (which was preferred?) about this the response was quick and useless. The place itself was fine. Good luck getting your car in the garage.

Great young family
Great young family or muti young couple property.Easy walk to Market Street and Ballard Ave Garage just fits a Chevy Equinox or similar with some care and maneuvering with direction from another.not a fit for older or individuals with a mobility issues due to 2 flights of stairs.

Comfortable family type accommodation
I enjoyed my stay overall. Parking in the garage was challenging I rented a Chevy equinox it barely fit with some maneuvering and help directing me in. Multiple stairs Main living area and powder room on 2nd floor 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the 3rd floor. If you have any kind of mobility issues it's not a good fit. Great kitchen for cooking family meals. Some Street construction going on during my stay which is happening all over Ballard.

The house was clean and the perfect size for our visit. Unlike some other rentals, the kitchen was nicely stocked with all the necessary amenities. It's also perfectly nestled just outside of the Ballard beer district.

Canā€™t argue itā€™s a killer location. The one complaint we have is the master bedroom mattress & pillows were absolutely terrible. Our other guest told us her room was great and even had a pillow topper lol. So sounds like it was just our room. Other than that, we loved it! Seattle summers with no AC is common for homes but they had fans, good cross breeze. The location was to die for. Definitely recommend this place. We do hope they will change out the mattress and pillows before we return though lol.

This was a great place and location to stay at. Neighborhood is very quiet. If you are renting a car during your stay, pick a car that is no bigger than a Hyundai Kona and you'll have no problem parking it in the garage.

A lovely place for remote work
My spouse and I were in town for a family birthday event, and needed a place to stay where we could both work remotely during the week. This place was perfect, a quiet, well maintained townhouse where we could both work and have space for us to have meetings. Parking was a bit sporty - there wasn't much in the way of street parking, but our mid-sized car was able to fit in the garage with some clever maneuvering and no free space, but on the whole, we could not have been happier. The hosts were responsive to questions and the remote access was perfect for us to get in late on the first night without needing to arrange a meetup.

Spacious townhouse in the heart of Ballard
We only stayed one night for an event in town, however would definitely stay here again! Very nice, clean, everything as described. The main floor is open, comfortable, and a great gathering space. Easy walking distance to stores and restaurants. Highly recommended!

One night in Seattle for a concert
This was a great place to stay for one night but would be even better for a longer visit. It is spacious and super clean. The hosts are very responsive. The kitchen is huge and has everything you would need. Ballard is great - good restaurants and we really enjoyed a quick visit to the Locks. One thing to note: as they say in their check in instructions: the garage is not intended for larger vehicles. We have a Honda Odyssey and it is too big for the garage. Overall a great place to stay!

Great Location!
If you want a place thatā€™s bikeable and walkable with great shops and convenience this is the place for you! We also enjoyed staying in and watching t.v. a couple nights. Feedback: The place could use some games and basics like Saran Wrap and tin foil. Also, the garage is VERY tight, we couldnā€™t get my compact SUV in without hitting something so we opted to street park which isnā€™t the easiest in that neighborhood. Overall, it was a delightful time had by all. Thank you for the hospitality!

Quiet Retreat Just Steps from Ballard Farmer's Market
Nice, quiet property in the heart of Ballard. Large tri-level unit with everything that you'll need. The one-car garage is a huge bonus & it's just a short walk to the Ballard Farmer's Market.

Excellent location - great part of Seattle
The location is absolutely fantastic. Ballard is a wonderful section of Seattle, very close to downtown, the Ballard restaurants and bars are excellent with grocery shopping just a block away. The unit is nice, parking in the garage is literally impossible with a mid sized car (basically if you donā€™t have a smart car, youā€™re out of luck on parking. Overall a very good choice of lodging.

Parking was difficult. Hard to know just where to how to park where. We were cleaning out the apt of a 99 year old aunt so had a mid size car. Usually we had to walk 1-3 blocks. Otherwise stay was fine. Rules were quite strict about having anyone to visit. l
