Pros: 1. Located close to the airport (10-15 minutes away by car). 2. Quiet; isolated from less safe parts of Renton. 3. Plenty of parking. 4. Room/unit was very spacious. 5. Really liked having a full kitchen. 6. Quality furnitures. 7. Comfortable bed and pillows. 8. Complimentary popcorn (not sure if we were just hungry, but we thought it was delicious) Cons: 1. Overall condition of the building seemed a bit old (can see slight wear and chips on the walls and doors). 2. Located a bit far from the touristy areas (Pike Place, Space Needle, Downtown, etc.). The tradeoff is, of course, being close to the airport, which I preferred more. Overall, my wife and I really enjoyed our stay here. Amazing value for the price.

The hotel information needs to clearly state that the airport shuttle only comes upon receipt of a phone call. Then the hotel needs to answer the phone. Fortunately the sister property answered their phone and we were picked up after 90 minutes.

Staff was very friendly, easy check in. Was able to check in earlier than our check in time. They were able to accommodate at the last minute. When walking into the building it had an overwhelming smell that most likely is caused by different guests making food, as each room has its own kitchen. However, the smell was gone once we reached inside of our room. We were on the second floor, walls are thin and had a noisy upstairs neighbor. The bed was very firm, not that great of sleep the first night but after breaking it in, was better the rest of the stay. Overall I would recommend this location and would stay here again.

The property itself is very old, you can tell it has not been renovated in quite some time. It has a very strange smell in the building as well as the rooms, the great thing about this place is the staff was very nice and helpful and I did appreciate that, as far as cleaning when I initially booked I assumed there would be house keeping but there is none till after the 5th day that you stay but we were only there for 5. The kitchenette definitely needed a few more items and again the smell of the room was a bit odd but we werenā€™t there that often so it was fine and sleeping was fine also. Overall it was decent for what we needed which was just sleep at night and making breakfast in the morning, our room despite the tiny smell seemed cleaned but I do think that for what we paid it was not worth the price. Shouldā€™ve at least been 150-200$ less.

Great central location for exploring the area, short drive to a large outdoor mall with many dining options. Park and ride to Downtown Seattle just a few mins away. Rooms are spacious and well laid out for longer stays. We would stay here again

The room was spacious and clean. Only issue was the location of the TV (and the remote wasnā€™t working fluidly). Canā€™t watch it from the bed. However, you can watch it from the comfy little couch. Overall, it was accommodating for my stay and the price was reasonable.

The property is good. But, they give me a room on first floor. I canā€™t sleep all night. Because, people upstairs walking too loud. I have to leave the next day. I rent two night on the weekend. And I only stayed there one night. And also there is no refund.
