Fair price for a nice room, not a typical hotel
This isn't like a typical hotel, I was not expecting the amount of pre-checkin communication. Lots of texts to fill out and pay the deposit before I arrived, plus taking photos of my DL and filling out forms. Not easy to do while working a tradeshow. The place is nice and clean, but I did have to unexpectedly lug my 70lbs of luggage up to the third floor as there is no elevator. Some guests decided to party late in the living room one night, but I appreciated the earplugs provided. Otherwise the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

I was impressed - laundry, nice kitchen, comfortable, bus to downtown close. Harder to get to Capitol Hill without a car. Not a lot of shops and stuff nearby. Quiet.

Good place in neighborhood near Seattle U. Itā€™s one of those automated apartment-style operations. Pros: good price for downtown, good condition. Cons: early checkout (10 am), small room. Itā€™s ok but probably wouldnā€™t stay there again.

We loved everything about this stay! Vince was really nice in communication with me and cleanliness oh my gosh! Very clean property! The parking is the one thing I had been concerned about, but itā€™s not properly management fault. The time we visited Seattle there were road works all around block, so we were struggling to find parking, although it was quiet šŸ¤—

Beautiful shared common areas in an upgraded town home. Perfect for 1 night or a week. Great full kitchen and living space. Only drawback is lack of parking since all streets are 2hr Monday-Saturday. Would absolutely return again

This location turned out perfect for me. My husband was at the Swedish cherry hill campus across the street. Although, as it's been mentioned the parking is not easy. I just left our vehicle at the hospital. There was plenty of food options around. The neighborhood felt very safe. My room was clean and comfortable. I love the shared living space. This gives you a home like feeling unlike a hotel with people running down halls and slamming doors. I would stay again.

I hadnā€™t been back to Seattle since I moved 25 years ago. Found this gem on hotels.com. Super clean, check in was super easy communications with the owner was wonderful. He checked up on us until we checked in. This will definitely be my go to place when I come back to Seattle. I highly recommend this place. Iā€™m so glad I chose it.

It was a fantastic stay. The property looked great, and the amenities were lovely. The only thing that was rough was when the keypad to my specific unit stopped working. However, both the host and the customer support were very communicative in finding a solution. I would definitely stay here again.
