Bedrooms were underwhelming and a tub meant a shower/tub combo. King bed was small, felt more like a queen size, and the view was directly into another buildings windows. Also, you have to valet park or find parking in the area. Another little/large fee I didnā€™t know about as they didnā€™t get me an invoice when I left due to the printer not working. Area around the hotel was very walkable and staff was friendly. Walkable distance to the pike market, lumen field and the space needle if you donā€™t mind a bit longer of a city walk. Overall not bad but for the price I donā€™t think we would stay here again unfortunately.

Upon arrival, I wasnā€™t told about the $12 hotel credit that is available to be every night. Would have been valuable information to know. As well as, not receive my full $100 deposit after check out. Wasnā€™t told there is a deduction of $25 each stay. All of this should be addressed upon arrival for the convenience of the guest.

This was our first time staying at The Alexis Royal and we were pleasantly surprised. The rooms were well appointed, the staff was friendly and very helpful when asked for recommendations on where to eat in the neighbourhood and the hotel is located in a very central spot for shopping, the stadiums and the Pike Place Market. We felt we got good value and we would definitely stay there again.

Great location between Pike Place Market, Pioneer Square, and the Waterfront. A couple blocks from the light rail station, Seattle Art Museum, etc. The bonus was tasty cocktails and food in the hotel bar and restaurant. The rooms were well-appointed as well.
