I felt so safe at this hotel. Once you check in, you use your key card to get into the building as well as up to your floor. The location is convenient and is so close to the city center, the monorail, the light rail, and the market. The entire property was clean, it was easy to navigate, the staff was helpful whenever I had questions, and I enjoyed my stay here. I look forward to staying again in the future.

Had a great stay here. Having to go downstairs to the front desk for ice was pretty inconvenient, but I understand it being a small hotel and not having room for an ice machine on every floor. Other than that, my only gripe is the price for the size of the room. Would definitely stay here again, just will wait for the peak season to be over so itā€™s a bit more affordable. You canā€™t beat the location in relation to the market. Thereā€™s so many amazing places to eat and shop. The rooftop bar also has a great view and the bartender was very nice.

The Hotel was very nice, Staff was kind and accommodating. The bed was super comfortable, and the shower was great! The rooms didn't have a mini fridge, not a deal breaker but it's nice to have. The one big thing was that there was no one to help get luggage from the vehicle to our rooms. For the price each night I would have thought there would be some type of concierge. Other than that, I liked that it wasn't a chain hotel, and we got to experience something new. Great location to the Market!

If you are walking around in the downtown area. This is a great place to stay. Nice and close to pikes market and the pier. We enjoyed being so close and not having to use our car. The roof top bar was a beautiful place to have a cold beverage also.

Location canā€™t be beat for Pike Place Market and Triple Door Theater. Beware of the world-record-price $10 water in the room thoughā€”looks complimentary until you see the fine print on the container. Seems like the room charge is high enough without overcharging for water.

Most convenient hotel to the market
Great 3 night stay, 1.5 block to the market, target is across the street. Great check-in with Aracely. Rooftop patio is great for sunset drinks. The only thing that seemed gimmicky is the $25/night resort fee, other than the onsite restaurant there is nothing to consider this as a resort. Overall excellent and pleasant stay.

NON-DISCLOSED CHARGES AFTER CHECKOUT
Scam alert. After I checked out and they sent me my invoice by email, they sent a second invoice for an additional (significant dollar amount which hotelsdotcom insist I remove) for an "early check-in". No mention of this at all during check-in or when i was there. This is against the law (WA state) and a fraudulent business practise. I had to call to have them void the "charge". I had not requested an early check-in; I just happened to arrive at noon. What hotel charges for arriving at noon and going into a room which was ready? The ordinarily complementary water in the room were marked (a staggering amount also removed at the insistence of hotelsdotcom) each too! I cannot tell you if they contained gold dust (which surely at that price it must have) because who can justify drinking plain water at that price? Not my first stay at State but certainly my last....

This is a very nice property. I really appreciate the exceptional cleanliness. While the room was big city small it was very comfortable and well appointed. There was a very modern bathroom with rainshower. The location is a block from Pike Place Public Market and walking distance to an incredible variety of restaurants. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly and helpful.

Nice clean hotel by pike place market slightly let down by some unnecessary money grabs. Arrived at 12 so was aware I was there early but they checked and my room had been cleaned and was ready but I was charged $50 to check in early, this is just not acceptable, I could understand if you wanted to guarantee an early check in in advance being charged but if you arrive and the room is ready why do this??? Also no free water in the room and if you do want the tiny cartons left by the bed they want $10 a bottle so take some with you or pick some up across the road. Other than that the hotel is perfectly nice so a shame to let it down. Wonā€™t stay again purely on that basis.

The rooms are small for the pricepoint. The Amenities fee of $25/ day that is added on is a complete ruse and misrepresents the actual price of the room. You are given a token a day worth $15 to use in the rooftop bar but it was closed the day we went there. Hotels are now acting like cell phone companies in their pricing. Location is close to major attractions and staff were very good.
