-Checking in was uneventful, but they gave me the key without explaining the WiFi situation or Breakfast. -When I try calling front desk from the room, the phone had statics and we couldn't understand each other. -Room had spider webs by the window -The WiFi was not accessible. -The complimentary breakfast was slice of bread, scrambled eggs and sausages, no fruits nothing for someone avoiding carbs and sugars.

Flexible staff able to assist me arriving very late without issue, room had a couple spiders and other bugs in it, spiderwebs, just not cleaned or hasn’t been used in a long time. Bedding and towels were fine, blow dryer didn’t work and water pressure in shower was low. Overall just okay.

Keys did not work at check in. Registration came to verify. Had to wait 15 minutes for maintenance to make new key. Got into the room and it was flooded from a/c unit. 15 minutes later got into another room that was not nearly as nice. Grounds looked terrible; buildings looked in disrepair. Adults (loose definition) and their children were playing wiffle baseball outside my room until after 10 p.m. Drinking and laughing and yelling. Nothing is "Grand" about this hotel!

The pool was disgusting. The room was dirty. There were only 2 lightbulbs in the entire room. We had to ask for more just to see. Would not recommend this place.
