The room and bathroom were very clean and the ac was amazing. The only issue we had was that initially we were given the wrong room, it was smaller than the one we booked and I did show the front desk person the booking and the difference between the rooms including the spare footage. He had said since the booking was done through Expedia and not directly them that they cannot guarantee the room that we booked even though I have always booked through Expedia and never had this issue including booking the same exact hotel in a different city same state. After a little while he was able to make something happen and get us the room we had booked. The breakfast also had a nice selection.

Customer service by the 2 young ladies that worked the second shift was amazing. Might be the most friendliest people that I have ever dealt with in a hotel. Will definitely stay there again next year.

Main issue was not receiving a cleaning and running out of soap after one use. I would think housekeeping would have stopped by to clean and before arriving restocking soap. No welcome on the TV like all prior Tru stays. Breakfast was the same as prior Tru stays which was good. Wish water bottles were in the room though.

I don’t think the rate through Expedia was very low. 134/day but it might have been a good price. Don’t travel often So I felt I paid more for less amenities. Missed coffee in the room and drawers
