This was a high end Best Western hotel located in a tourist area with plenty of high-end shops and restaurants located within easy walking distance. The swimming pool was nice - I was the only one swimming in it. There were many bronze sculptures on the property. The view out our second-floor window was spectacular. We had a balcony with chairs and a small table. The staff was very helpful. We had to pay for parking, but it was close to the room. The only thing that was annoying was the toilet flushing mechanism... it was VERY loud - like you would find in an airport or similar location.

Couples weekend in Sedona
Nice accommodation, we stayed in a 2 bedroom villa. We were 2 couples one celebrating their 39th wedding anniversary, so they stayed in the ensuite master bedroom, but the other ensuite bedroom was quite adequate. The kitchen was well equiped, we didn't do any cooking but used the dish washer which worked fine, we didn't use the washing machine. We had an issue with the jacuzzi bath in the master bedroom not being clean, we cleaned it ourselves, but complained about it & got the car parking charges ($15 per day per car) removed from our final bill, which was a nice rsponse from the hotel.

Carpets are very dirty. Take a shower and then get out your feet are filthy. Bed sheets were ripped. Other than that staff are polite and courteous.

The desk staff were great. I was in town for a hiking trip and had to leave my rental car at the motel and the desk clerk made the process simple and easy. After three days in the woods, it was so nice to have the car waiting undisturbed.

It was a surprise checking out that there was a parking fee. This was charged to me at check out. I was told this was explained to me checking in (it wasn't) and that it was on expedia's site (it wasn't). In addition to the extra fees it seemed excessive. Perhaps it slipped by the clerk checking me in as they were in training. The room smelled damp. There is a pool connected with the hotel and an additional indoor outdoor pool with sauna in a clubhouse associated with the hotel a short walk away. Pools were nice but the additional pool is a walk off what seems like the hotel proper and onto another property. There is a long flight of stairs to get to the pools.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa July 2024. We were amazed at the property and location. The parking is easy, the hotel is also located right off the main Sedona strip. You can walk easily to dining/ drinks/ shopping. The creek runs right behind the hotel and is easily accessed in multiple areas on the property. There is even a swimming hole that is larger than grasshopper point and on hotel grounds! We spent a whole day there, that was the kids' favorite. We had a jetted bathtub and a beautiful custom walk-in shower in our master suite. The small things matter. Our villa had a washer and dryer with some basic supplies provided for washing clothes. There was also a new paper towel roll in kitchen. Those tiny touches really help when you're traveling with a family. We will definitely be back!
