Honeymoon Stay
My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon. It was incredibly cozy. The bed was clean, soft and comfortable. The house is truthfully right there in the heart of Sedona. It was so easy to plan activities and do so much on our trip because of how close everything was. At the same time, it's up a winding road in the mountain so it feels secluded and private. If you are staying for an extended period, the kitchen is not great for preparing food. We ate out for every meal, and unfortunately there was no microwave so we couldn't reheat any leftovers. Also there was a pretty bad ant problem. They stayed in the kitchen area so it didn't bother us, but it was another reason the kitchen was unusable. The views from the window are indeed beautiful, but we had to keep the blinds closed for the 5 nights we were there because the windows actually face right towards the road so there is no privacy with them open and being a single room house the windows provide a view inside to everything. Overall it was an amazing stay and I would absolutely stay there again. The couple of negative comments are just to set expectations for others. I highly recommend this home.

Nice and clean with great view. Very small, but good location. I would not call this area walkable. Lots of traffic and extremely dark at night. The darkness did give great star watching.

Sedona studio stay
The studio was very clean and this was pleasant. We were surprised to find that the carport didn’t have access to park in as pictured. We were also surprised that this unit was in a neighborhood as there were pictures of a wooded area with a stream in the pictures of the unit. At the time of the stay there were internet issues that was not the owners fault, but was disappointing. Communication from the owner by email was prompt and much appreciated. Location close to main road 98A which was an easy access point.

Incredible location, cute spot
We had a great time. The Casita was perfect for just my partner and I. It was in an incredible location with lots of red rock views, a 2 minute walk from brewer trail, which we hiked twice. Is also super close to tlaquepaqe, slide rock, and uptown. The kitchen had enough supplies for us to cook dinner. The ac worked great which was appreciated. The place was clean with attention paid to the small details. Only small qualm is the Roku on the TV wouldn't connect to the wifi provided, which worked fine on our phones. I reached out to the hosts for help with this, but there wasn't much they could do. We ended up hot spotting the Roku to use the TV. Overall great stay.

Perfect little oasis!
I think my favorite part of this property was the privacy. There are neighboring homes, but its nestled in the middle of a small quiet community. It was exactly as pictured and the host was communicative without being overbearing like most Air B&B hosts may be. We hadnt met, byt they were just a text away. 10/10 would stay here again.

Very enjoyable stay
We loved the location, the casita was cute and perfect for our needs. So quiet and a quick walk to Boynton trailhead. We were excited to find some additional supplies in the bathroom like sun lotion, which we had forgotten to bring. I have only one comment on the flip side, although very minor, it would be nice to have a welcome book with a few instructions on tv, and perhaps local info like short cuts to the main areas and directions to Boynton trail and closest grocery stores, etc. There are also no chairs out front and if you have any type of mobility issues, getting into the casita the 'bridge' was a little wobbly. Again, very minor, and we enjoyed the stay and would come back.

Perfect for a solo traveler!
I stayed here for 2 nights when I was in Sedona to photograph a wedding. It was a perfect little spot for me - I didn’t cook or anything but the mini fridge and kitchenette was handy for what I needed. It was also a fabulous location for me! The wedding I photographed was at Tlaquepaque which was just a quick drive away. Nice little place for 1 or 2 guests!

Great location!
Overall the property was good. I loved the location most. There are a few things that would have made the stay better: the pictured pink chairs in the front of the property (they were missing), a safer walkway, better bed pillows, and a better keypad. Also the listing said 2 bathrooms??? There was only one (with no exhaust fan). But these are relatively minor and I would stay again.

Great location, great views, great for 2 people
For the price this place was wonderful. We were there for 7 nights. The location was very central and the views from it were great. We mostly wanted a centrally-located place to sleep and cook and this place checked all the boxes. Bed was very comfortable for two. Kitchen had everything we needed. Dining chairs were wobbly but held up. The only furniture were the dining chairs and one upholstered chair - a small sofa would've been nice but not a big deal. At night this place is absolutely silent except for the pinging of the electric heaters (it was Jan). Highly recommended.

I loved the cabin feel and the way the house felt inside. I liked the pathways in the yard with the doo-dads. I loved being so close to the hiking trail. It was so easy to get to the rest of Sedona but this place felt "off-the-grid" in a very good way.

Nice Casita / Great Location
This casita was just as described/pictured. The location was ideal for access to downtown Sedona, while still being in a quiet area. The only issue I had was with regards to there being quite a few bugs in the room (multiple crickets, spiders, and some other fast moving insects on the floor). I sent a note to the owner letting them know that the door sweep was worn out and you could see daylight coming in under the door (making easy access for bugs). Their response was, "thanks for letting us know." Hopefully they will replace the door sweep so other guests don't have to deal with so many bugs in the casita.

Great Location
Traffic and parking at trailheads in Sedona can be quite frustrating. THAT’s why I chose this cottage. Fantastic location! Every morning I WALKED less than a minute down Brewer Road to hop on the Brewer Trail and started climbing. Such a freedom! Climbing up the rather steep Brewer Trail can lead you, on foot, to the Airport Loop and Mesa (where the parking lot is almost always full). We hiked up for our first sunset as well. The neighborhood is very quiet, with views of the red rocks through the “dining room” windows. The studio cottage was clean, comfortable and included the bonus of Roku tv for after sunset when you are too exhausted from hiking the mountains, to go anywhere or to physically do anything. It was just the right size for 2 people. Good choice.

This property has a great view of the mountains in Sedona and the neighborhood is very peaceful. It's about a 16 minute walk to Talaquepaque shopping center and very close driving range to all food in Sedona. The house was exactly as advertised.
