We stayed at this property for 6 days and even after requesting room service for couple of times we did not receive any for all 6 days. We were 3 people but received only 2 towels. On requesting we did not get one so had to personally get it from the laundry area. In addition, we had to use the same towels, linens and live with filled trash bins for our entire stay. The main door and bathroom door locks were broken and the bathtub tap, though working, had come off the wall with a gap, which was unpleasant. The toilet seat had some rough patches and dents. Overall we were not at all satisfied with our stay and handling of front desk staff.

I dont think its all the hotels fault, since it looks like they had student's from a school there, so yes they busted the elevator. And all night long teenagers being teens. Staff new about it but really you have good people trying to get a nights rest to no avail. So no elevator and we were on the 3rd floor. It was fixed in the morning. But hey they have breakfast right. Nope it was all eaten and just no place to eat. They were there for a game but you as management should have been prepared and spoken to those coaches to set things right.

There was nothing unique about the property. Place was unclean. Elevator broke down at the most important time as moving in. There were not enough soap, shampoo, i.e., toiletries for a party of four, nor enough towels. However there was plenty of parking space and plenty of food places within walking distance from the hotel.

Very friendly staff, easy checkin. Choices on soft or firm pillows. Shower was great, bed was comfortable. We wake up early and breakfast starts at 6am so perfect for us to eat and go

Outstanding staff and service; super clean!
The best experience, we enjoyed our stay a lot! The atmosphere is welcoming and inviting from the time we stepped in with beautiful lobby and warm greeting from the staff. Charles is the best host we've ever met. He gave a lot of useful information around town. All the staff are nice, and willing to help. The room is spacious, clean with well designed floor plan and good lighting. The bed is very comfortable with plenty of pillows. We liked the hot breakfast. The place is quiet; we slept well each night which is hard to get; even the curtains can be properly closed without using our clothespins. Best yet, there were hot chocolate cookies in the afternoons. The staff are really caring people. There was a brief power outage in the area one morning about 6 AM. They were all out trying to help the guests with their breakfast and getting around. They noticed a dog inside a truck that was parked there and called the service to make sure the dog was OK. Anyway, we had an amazing stay and wish everyone else is the same!

seems to be lgbt-friendly, clean, nice breakfast
good budget hotel stay! people were quiet and friendly, desk staff were nice, room was clean and functional other than a flickering light in the bathroom. breakfast is pretty good, i was surprised at how much i liked the omelettes - they clean up at 9am on the weekends though, not 10 like the signage says. location isn't the prettiest but it's very convenient being right off the i-17 and some fast food stuff around. we're a visibly queer couple and didn't have any issues with that, either.
