Stayed the weekend and it was absolutely beautiful! Quiet and lots of places around to walk to. Loved how big the rooms were and we had a patio. The staff were very nice and if anything was needed like extra coffee they were so quick to respond. I highly recommended.

Property reasonable and rooms etc good for a resort with reasonable facilities. Property advertises as a Hilton vacations but front desk said this only works for concierge services, not even apologising... Interesting that the room deposit went to Hilton Vacations. Curt, rude and dismissive front desk staff on arrival, issue sorted by another but again no customer manner.... They need to go on a customer care course. This is not the customer service one expects in the US at a major tourist spot.

The pools are heated to taste and other amenities (minigolf, courts, gym) are in great shape as well.I would have given 5 stars for cleanliness were it not for 2 flies in the room on arrival.
