The home is situated in a peaceful Chapel area neighborhood and is in close proximity of many trails — Cathedral Rock Trailhead is 0.6 miles away, while Little Horse Trailhead/Bell Rock Trail are only 0.4 miles away!

The single-level home is spacious with 2,445 square feet of living space, three bedrooms, and two and a half bathrooms, to accommodate up to six guests.

Entry to this home is through the gated courtyard the lovely large wood front door. You will step into the inviting foyer with custom tilework, and then into the main great room with the living room, kitchen and dining areas. This entire area offers an open and airy feel with its high ceilings.

Living Room: Features a comfortable leather sectional, 55” Smart TV with Sling TV, and a unique see-through gas fireplace.

Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped and provides stainless steel appliances, including a convenient wine fridge, Dacor double ovens, and a four-burner gas stovetop. The kitchen's bar offers seating for two and you'll enjoy the wonderful breakfast nook with a table for six, accentuated by the see-through fireplace. You can also step out onto the back patio through the lovely French doors.

There's also a welcoming front courtyard that features a bistro table and chairs.

Amazing Birthday Getaway!
Our stay in Sedona was absolutely perfect! The rental was clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. The views were breathtaking, and we loved sipping coffee on the patio each morning while taking in the red rock scenery.The location was ideal—close to great hiking trails, shops, and restaurants, but still peaceful and quiet for a restful stay. The hosts were incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a memorable birthday trip.Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a wonderful Sedona experience. We can't wait to come back!

Sedona with peccaries and a hot tub.
The property was great for our needs and would accomodate a larger group easily. It was very very clean had a wonderful tub and shower in the master and we definitely enjoyed the hot tub. We also appreciated the red rock pass and the peccaries that wandered the neighborhood. The kitchen was minimally stocked with coffee and spices so bring what you need and i ended up wanting something to wipe down counters with as well. wandere

Great location
The house was in a great location. Close to shops and trails. It was very clean and well stocked with all the essentials. The backyard was cute with nice amenities. The only downside to this house was the bathroom/shower situation. We traveled as a group of 6 adult friends. The 2 full bathrooms were both located in bedrooms. The master bedroom bath didn’t have a door so sharing that bathroom was impossible if you wanted to be in there while someone was using the bathroom. Had we known the bathrooms were in bedrooms I wouldn’t have booked it. It would be a great place for 2 couples or a family.

Will start with the pros/ very nice neighborhood and nice views of the mountains and the location was okay / took about 10-15 min to go to store / restaurants. The house itself is nice but dated / it didn’t look like it had been cleaned well / lots of debris outside / hot tub was cold and fireplaces didn’t work which was a bummer . Called to address it and didn’t receive timely help before our stay was over . One of the worst experience with a management company .

This property looked exactly like the pictures, which were awesome. We travel about 3 times a year and this property is the cleanest we’ve ever stayed in. Ever attention to detail and great communication at every stage. Especially loved the waterfall in the back yard. Wanted for nothing except more time in this beautiful home. Clean, perfectly stocked with gorgeous enclosed back patio with hot tub. Home is beautifully decorated. Bedrooms, bathrooms and closets are large. Beds very comfortable with lovely linens. Long weekend getaway
We went for a weekend of hiking and relaxing. The home was great and suited all our needs. Location was great as we could get on hiking trails right from the property. The only issue was when we arrived there was a water main leak. The property Managment was supposed to have called us and did not. We found out when we arrived from the landscaper who was working on the leak. When we contacted the property Management Company call wait times were long and were promised only an hour without water. The landscaper was great he was very helpful and worked even into the dark with a flashlight to get us water. It took over 3 hours with little to no communication from the management company. I never even got a call to check in to see if everything was fixed and if everything was working correctly. If it wasn't for Dave's Landscaping I would have gave them a much lower score.

Gorgeous, clean home with private backyard
We had an amazing stay at this property. The home was super clean and had everything we needed (and more) for a few days in Sedona. The private backyard with hot tub, grill, and fire pit were amazing for us to hang out with our dogs after a day of hiking on the trails. There were so many gorgeous trails within walking distance of the home and the neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful.

Perfect quiet Sedona escape
The house is gorgeous and located in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by the epic Sedona views you came here for. Restaurants, shops, and related attractions are primarily in West Sedona about 15 minutes away. This place has really great outdoor space, well appointed bedrooms and common rooms, the hot tub is great and well shaded -- the perfect quiet escape spot in Sedona. Another huge bonus is the large empty 2-car garage to keep your bikes and toys during your stay.

Sedona Stay
The house is in a great neighborhood with easy access to the Chapel of the Holy Cross and the Little Horse Trails. The redrock views out back were wonderful. The courtyard in back is very private and was great for our two dogs to hang out in while we we were in the hot tub or sitting by the fire pit. Everything lived up to our expectations and more and we would book here again in an instant.

Stunning place, beautiful home
Sedona is a gorgeous place to visit, and this home was perfect for us. It is situated in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful mountain vistas at almost every turn and in close proximity to several trailheads. There is a spacious backyard, fenced, with firepit, hot tub, and grill. The inside has two seating areas for meals, a large well-appointed kitchen, and a cozy living-room with comfortable seating and a gas fireplace. We loved this home, with its collection of southwestern art, comfortable beds, dual shower heads, and everything we needed for cooking and then some, including a waffle maker. When we arrived, the table was set, complete with artfully folded cloth napkins. Lots of special touches! I look forward to returning to this home on my next visit to Sedona.

Fantastic!
The house was perfect and in a wonderful location - we didn't realize how perfect the location was until we got there. Pictures didn't do it justice - the house is simply wonderful. Loved ever minute of it and my husband wanted to "squat"!! Everything was so smooth - not a single glitch. Highly recommend!
