We were skeptical about our stay due to some of the reviews however we were pleasantly surprised. Our 4 night stay was great, studio was cute and felt homely rather than a box hotel room. Laundry facilities are free to use. We weren’t harassed with timeshare information which was great. Yes the room could do with some updating but overall we loved our stay. Location slightly out of Sedona but we preferred this.

I wouldn’t stay there again
The toilet kept breaking and the bathroom sink was leaking. My sons bathroom had mold. Pool was very cold not heated as advertised.

Nice location, comfortable rooms, lots of pools. Rooms could use an update, as well as their coffee service in the lobby- bad instant coffee machine..very unfortunate. But overall nice staff, good stay!

Everything was great. Sevice was excellent. Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Staff was very helpful. They dropped off 2 extra thin padding. Unfortunately it didnt help.oh well.. Over all the stay was very nice. My family will definitely stay again..

Initially given a small room. The next morning they called to upgrade the room. Second room was a very comfortable and spacious suite. We thoroughly enjoyed this accommodation. Staff was very helpful. Would stay in this suite again

I love the pool facilities however I need to ask stuff members tree times to get the pool open at the morning. My plan was to have a nice one and half hour leisure in the jacuzzi and pool before I live the hotel to do my scheduled programs. Our hotel guide indicated the pools open at 8:00 am. At the front desk they told pools open at 9:00 am. Since it was 9 past 5 she said she get some one right away to open them. After 40 minutes and 2 more call they finally opened them.

Nice resort, terrible guest service
The hot water was not working in our building, which we found out the next morning. The hotel had us take all 4 kids and ourselves to another room to shower. Then later in the day said we needed to move to another room. My wife I left the kids at the pool to load everything up and unpack it to another room. The hotel credited us $50 for the inconvenience. My wife and I spoke to the front desk manager about more compensation because we lost about 3 hours from the morning showers and then moving rooms. We arrived at 10pm Friday, planned the pool all day Sat, and left early Sun to go to Slide Rock park and then home. So 3 hours on our one full day was a big deal. The front desk manager said that since we booked through Hotels.com, they could not credit anything but the resort fee. We were asking for $150-200 compensation as we paid over $700 for 2 nights. The only additional the hotel provided was a paid activity for all 4 kids to make slime, which was $8 each. Other issues with the original room we brought up was a broken ceiling fan in a bedroom and one of the bathroom sinks was severely clogged. Rooms were decent and the newest remodeled pool was nice. Unwillingness to compensate guests who were affected by the hotel’s issues was inexcusable.
