Sedona Sweetness Vacation Rentals offers this private, serene Raven Guesthouse! Enjoy a relaxing soak in the 2-person lounger Tuff Spa. Renew yourself in this private 1-bedroom home– a rare gem just below the stunning Thunder Mountain. Walk in and immediately feel treated to your own private zen-like retreat. After an adventurous day on the nearby trails, unwind in solitude & find rejuvenation at last!
Our guesthouse has one bedroom with a queen bed, a full bathroom, refrigerator, hotplate, microwave, toaster oven/Air Fryer, crockpot, coffee pot, Keurig and a barbecue grill available for your use. There is also a tv for streaming Netflix. The guesthouse area is private and fenced off from the main home patio and offers a firepit for a quiet evening outdoors. After an adventurous day on the nearby trails, unwind in solitude & find rejuvenation at last!
Our guests enjoy a private drive for parking and a private entrance. The outside space is completely fenced for privacy from the main house and includes a outdoor dining table and zero gravity chairs for lounging outside.
Private drive and entrance: Be sure to park on the farthest driveway, as it has been designated for guests. You may also park near the road in the parking spot if you prefer not backing out as far.
Please feel free to text or email us if needed. Host lives in Sedona and very close to the property.
***We have a cleaning supply shed in your section of the yard, (by the entrance gate) that may be accessed by our cleaners and/or your hosts.
The home nestled in a quiet neighborhood in W. Sedona (important feature for many) near the base of Thunder Mountain. Thunder Mountain Trail head is walking distance from the home and offers many hiking/biking options. Several grocery stores and restaurants are within a few miles of the home. Sedona does enforce a noise ordinance, so quiet time begins at 10 pm.


We offer FREE Wifi! The modem is in the main home on the property and there is a Wi-Fi extender in this home (plugged into living room wall). There is not local television stations, only streaming options. We offer Netflix.
Uber is available in Sedona. Public transport isn't great, but we do have a limited service available with LINKS transportation.
Firepit: Directions for the propane firepit are on the inside of the firepit door.
Steps: There are two steps on the property one is outdoors (patio blocks) and there is one step up to get into bathroom indoors.

Great location in a beautiful setting.

Vrbo system works
At times things happen beyond the control of anyone. Our initial location had no hot water due to a faulty heater. The host was very responsive, and we tried all approaches to remedy the situation. Spent the night there (with half refund) and then they moved us to another location. The point is the VRBO system for handling situations works - by having a host who is reachable and follows through. Our example should provide a level of comfort when using VRBO. Thank you for the extra needed assistance.

Fabulous little cottage
My sister and I stayed at the Raven Guest House during a quick mountain biking trip to Sedona. We chose it for its private outdoor space, and it was perfect. The neighborhood is nice and quiet but it was convenient to everything we needed. We did venture to the other side of the roundabout on Theresa’s recommendation of the Javelina Cantina and ended up eating there twice - it was delicious! We would absolutely stay here again!

Quaint Little Casita
-The Casita was equipped with bonus kitchen appliances (toaster oven, hot plates etc) which made it possible for us to do a lot of our cooking there. -The bed was so comfortable I've decided to buy a Beautyrest (Yes I peeked the label😂). I'm headed over to Mattress Firm tomorrow! -My son took full advantage of the Netflix (binged on anime) -This Casita is about 3 miles from the Crescent Moon Picnic Site, which has an awesome swimming hole with tons of shade. We far preferred it over Slide Rock. -The owners were available at any time for anything that we may have needed. Although we didn't really need to reach out to them because everything was already in its place. -Two people can stay there comfortably; however, you could probably fit one more person on the couch or on a cot. -I don't understand any of the negative reviews about the water heater. Are these people taking 1 hour long showers? We had no problems.

This was a great little guest house just a few minutes from downtown. Clean, comfortable and nice sitting area out back with view of the beautiful red rocks. Only downside was showers were luke warm, owner said they will look into it.

This is a sweet little place. It was very comfortable, cozy and clean. It was located right next to a fabulous hiking spot walking distance. There are chairs in the back by the path that are nice for the sunset and people watching. Theresa is a great host! Quick to reply and very attentive.

Perfect in every way
I couldn't be more happy with my stay here. The only problem was that I had to leave. All aspects were five star, and I felt completely safe as a single female traveler. The trailheads were conveniently close, scenery was fabulous and the neighborhood was quiet and welcoming. The host communication was prompt and helpful. I stayed two nights alone, and it is perfect for one. A friend joined me on the third night; it is cozy with two. I can't say enough good things about this place and I hope to go back!
