It was decent for a one night stay. Room was clean. The restaurant was pretty good and our server was excellent. She was very friendly. The property is needs updating. The furniture in the rooms is old. One of the windows in the room didn't close. The gym was terrible. Both treadmills were broken, there were only two dumbells, the rest of the equipment was pretty rusty, and there was no drinking water in the gym. Just ok for a one night stay if you're looking for a place to sleep and shower.

Room was not properly cleaned prior to our arrival. Hotel is dog friendly, which is fine. There were multiple pieces of dogfood left on the floor around the in-room fridge and near the window. There was an old contact lense on the bathroom floor. Will never return.

Dirty rooms and common areas. Staff is non existent, phone in room had buttons removed, no way to change the heat so had to open a window, outdated and not at all like the pictures posted on website. The only redeeming quality was the restaurant that is attached but separately operated. Wouldn’t stay again if it was free.

I have stayed at many local hotels and this is by far my favorite in seeconk now. Clean, and safe, I will only be staying here and the Middletown RI location. The management\owner also are easy to communicate with. I can’t wait for the out door pool to open in may.
