Absolutely stunning property in the most magical town. Our family (two tween boys) loved this exceptional historic hotel, which was once a convent, truly exceeding our expectations. From the moment we walked in, we could feel the serene atmosphere that the building’s rich history radiates. The hotel has been wonderfully updated, blending modern amenities with its old-world charm and thick stone walls. Every room was spotless, well-maintained, and felt fresh, offering a perfect balance of comfort and tradition. The beautiful spa area was an added bonus, providing a perfect escape for relaxation, with a lovely design that respects the hotel’s heritage. The tranquility of the spa complemented the overall calming vibe of the place. A delightful surprise was the sight of storks nesting in the nearby towers. It was such a unique and picturesque feature, watching the elegant birds soaring above and nesting high on the rooftops—all with spectacular hills and valleys in the backdrop.
