Happy Days, apartment with lawn terrace & separate access in the border triangle

The apartment was modernized in 2018, renovated and furnished lovingly & joyfully. Children welcome. For baby's are a high chair, travel cot, potty and some toys available. Pets on request. Not barrier-free. The apartment has a separate entrance and is used by the guest alone.
We tried to make the apartment (105 sqm) friendly, bright and cheerful. The individual rooms are different in theme. The floors are mainly tiled or laid out with laminate (living room). A small lawn terrace allows you to sit outdoors, barbecue is also possible. Younger guests can use a board swing. A selection of books, CDs and games are available. The location of the apartment in the far east of Germany offers a variety of ways to make your holiday varied by the proximity to the Czech Republic and Poland, the Zittau Mountains, the recreation centers Olbersdorfer and Bertsdorfer See.
The place has in outdoor pool, discounter, pharmacy, doctors, bakers etc. Numerous museums, sights and excursion destinations (summer toboggan run, etc.) can be found in the immediate vicinity. Tourist destinations such as the cultural city of Dresden (about 1.5 hours drive away), the dinosaur park Kleinwelka, Liberec and Jeschken (cable car), culture island Einsiedel, boat trip on the Neisse, hiking in Germany and the Czech Republic .... are easily accessible. Seifhennersdorf has public transport, the area can also be explored by bike. The border crossing with the Czech Republic is only 2 km away.

Very homely place
Great place for a family stay. From the minute we arrived we felt at home. The accommodation was very spacious, with a nice garden (fenced, so that our dog could enjoy the grass). The beds were also very comfortable. Our host was also provided a small welcoming gift for the dog, and while we haven't seen her, we could always reach her father, who lived nextdoors and was also very helpful.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.Geräumige Unterkunft, für 4 Erwachsene. Die Gastgeberin ist nett und Ihr Vater war sehr hilfsbereit bei unserer kleinen Panne mit dem Auto. Für den 1 Tag wurde an Getränke als Willkommensgruß gedacht und wurden heiße Getränke, Gewürze u.v.a bereit gestellt. Es hat alles reibungslos geklappt.

Große familienfreundliche Wohnung mit vielen liebevollen Details
Wir können diese FeWo uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Groß, sauber, in einer schönen Umgebung mit sehr hilfsbereiten Gastgebern. Wir haben uns schnell Zuhause gefühlt, die Fewo ist als Basiscamp bei Ausflügen aber auch wenn man mal nicht raus kann sehr zu empfehlen. Spiele für Groß und klein sind vorhanden, alles ist in einem guten Zustand!

Herzliche Betreuung in wunderschöner Ferienwohnung
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der tollen großen Wohnung. Es war ein wundervoller Urlaub im Zittauer Gebirge. Eine herrliche Woche, ein toller und herzlicher Empfang, der Urlaub bzw. der Aufenthalt ist gelungen
Die Gastgeber sind große Klasse. Man merkt schon beim Empfang, wie wichtig Familie Stein das Wohlergehen der Urlauber ist. Die großzügige und modern gestaltete Wohnung war die ideale Spielwiese für unsere kleine Tochter. Bei der Einrichtung hat es an absolut nichts gefehlt. Die Kommunikation sowohl vorab als auch vor Ort war sehr angenehm und persönlich. Durch die zentrale Lage konnten wir die meisten Ausflugsziele in weniger als 30min erreichen. Schöne großzügige FeWo
Die Ferienwohnung ist für 4 Personen großzügig bemessen. Die 2. Toilette wussten wir zu schätzen. Sehr selten hat man auch eine Waschmaschine im Quartier - toll! (Trockner haben wir nicht benutzt) Schade, dass in Seifhennersdorf kein Gasthaus am Abend geöffnet ist - aber dafür in Leutersdorf beste Qualität ! Da ich Geburtstag hatte, haben wir das Gastgeschenk an diesem Tag sehr genossen! Danke nochmals an die ganze Vermieter - Familie ! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schöne, große Ferienwohnung die nichts vermissen lässt. Ruhig gelegen und dennoch sind alle erdenklichen Ausflugsziele schnell zu erreichen. Einkaufen ist auch ohne Auto zu erledigen genau wie Wanderungen in die Umgebung. Essen auf der Terrasse die im Garten liegt sowie (nach Absprache) Mitbenutzung eines großen Naturpools. Urlaub vom Feinsten.

Ich kann mich den anderen Bewertungen nur anschließen. Bei dieser Unterkunft stimmt einfach alles. Wir hatten 2 wunderschöne Wochen dort. Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig geschnitten und mit allem, und noch viel mehr, ausgestattet. Auch über das Willkommenspaket haben wir uns sehr gefreut. In Seifhennersdorf selbst ist es eher ruhig, aber in der naheliegenden Umgebung lässt sich viel entdecken. Urlaub in Deutschland kann sehr schön sein, wenn man noch dazu solch engagierte Vermieter hat, die mit Herzblut dabei sind. DANKE

Erholung pur im Luxus Appartement
Wir fanden einen sehr freundlichen Empfang. Noch am Anreisetag wurde mit dem benachbarten Eisenbahnmuseum ein außerordentlicher Besuchstermin gemacht. Das Ferienobjekt selbst ist sehr geräumig und war außerordentlich sauber. Im Bad standen alle Annehmlichkeiten zur Verfügung auch ließ sich der Vermieter nicht lumpen und stellte Seifen und Hygieneartikel zur Verfügung. Eine großzügig ausgestattete Küche muss auch lobenswert erwähnt werden. Alles da was man braucht. Und ein schönes Gastgeschenk obendrein. Gäste WC ist sehr Zentral gelegen als kürzesten Weg zwischen Kinderzimmer, Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer. Im Langen Flur gibt es jede Menge Schränke mit zusätzlichen Urlaubsutensilien vor allem wer mit Kleinkindern oder Babys reist. Sie werden z.T. Privat genutzt. Wir haben es Respektiert und nicht weiter nachgeforscht. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und groß. Durch einen Außenrollo lässt sich der Schlafraum schön abdunkeln und man kann auch im Sommer gemütlich Ausschlafen. Ich kann es jeder Familie mit 1 oder 2 Kindern nur empfehlen. Einfach ausprobieren.
