This recently renovated house half opens onto a courtyard that you share with the owner. Exposed wooden beams emphasize the charm that awaits you in the rooms of this three-storey vacation property. One of the bedrooms on the first floor has its own bathroom and access to the courtyard. Adjacent to the upstairs dining area extends an American kitchen with a small bar, and under the sloping ceilings is an open sleeping gallery with two sleeping options. A separate and lovingly furnished living room leads to another open sleeping gallery with space for two guests. On the second floor there is also a bathroom and a reading corner. The terrace, covered by vines, offers a very pleasant setting for your outdoor meals, even in hot weather temperatures. The German and English speaking owner is at your disposal with tips for excursions in the region. Ideal location of the house, close to many cross-border bike paths and Europa Park. A village restaurant is within walking distance. In the horse stalls next to the accommodation are occasionally stabled two horses and a pony.

Prestations absolument pas à la hauteur du tarif
Terrasse envahie par les mauvaises herbes, 2 des chambres en mezzanine qui donnent sur la cuisine et le salon sans aucune aeration donc irrespirables quand il fait chaud, pas de détecteur de fumée, équipement de base non présent ( passoire, planche à découper...). A noter la proximité immédiate d'une ferme d'élevage et des inconvénients associés. Dommage, car la propriété et ses environs sont très agréables, avec la proximité d'un plan d'eau avec sa petite plage.
